같은아파트 다른곳은 모르지만 제가 머무른 방은 곰팡이가있어요 4일 숙소에서 머무는동안 에어컨을 못켰습니다 냄세가있어요…

The room is good and clean and the service is nice. Close to the metro station, but the environment around the building is not good, lots of weird people.

There are: washing machine, gas stove, room is not new, but everything is clean and the staff are very good.

When I return to Shenzhen, I am always happy to stay here. The landlord is nice. The checkin is always fast and easy via WeChat. My cats were allowed to live in there with me and felt very comfortable.The housemaid even cleaned the cat litter box when I went on a business trip. The metro stop with two big lines are right around the corner, the Covid test station is in front of the house every day. It’s very convenient. Really great value!

Gran servicio, pude dejar mis maletas despues del check out, la ubicación es al lado del metro Museo de ciencias y te permite viajar rápido a cualquier punto de la ciudad, el apartamento necesita una puesta al dia pero tiene buena relación calidad/precio. Parque cercano donde hacer deporte o pasear.

酒店位置尚可以，比較近地鐵站，走路大約五分鐘就到，但是房間沒有電視機，在apps內也沒有預先說明，到達發現之後，酒店客服回覆沒有其他的房間，要麼就取消不住，並且現在都沒有什麽人會看電視，感覺有點不負責任。

冼手間下水道的味道簡直無法忍受房間一股又是煙味又是下水道味道我再也不會住此店了打零分

房間與介紹圖片不符 面積相差太大 床介紹2張1.5的 只有一張是 另一張是個1.2米的簡易的架子床 搖搖晃晃 住的不舒服的一次酒店（床看下圖）

服務非常好，雖然有些地方有些生銹 設施：該有的都有 衞生：衞生也還行 環境：周圍商店很齊全 服務：服務非常好，管理也允許早入住和晚退房

位置在市中心，地鐵旁，出行交通方便，周邊生活配套齊全。房間有小廚房和衞生間，基本設施齊全。衞生狀況不錯。

多次入住深圳銀佳自助公寓酒店，酒店入住、離店手續簡單快捷，周邊交通方便，樓下就有地鐵口，吃早點的小吃店也多，總之性價比較高。

第一次住這個酒店，價格不貴，本來以為就是普通的酒店，沒有抱太大希望，衹希望房間整潔，粉塵鼻炎的寶貝能住好一點，後來總體感覺還是很不錯的，希望下次有機會還可以去。
