Our room was ridiculously humid. Our clothes felt damp and the wood in the room smelled bad because it was rotting. There was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom door didn't close properly. Breakfast was convenient, but nothing special. My biggest beef with this property is the $20 charge for services not rendered (high speed internet which I did not use and a beverage from their Market which I did not take). They didn't tell me about this charge at checkout, and I didn't find out about the charges until I returned to Canada. I called and spoke to someone at the hotel who seemed to genuinely care. He advised that he would get back to me within a couple of days. He did not. The hotel did not respond to subsequent calls or emails. Marriott's Customer Service was of no use, and they directed me back to *******. ******* was, unsurprisingly, unable to help. Fortunately MasterCard's Customer Service refunded me the fee. Oh, and the hotel's pool was closed but we did not find out about this until we were there and saw that it was closed. This hotel's location is convenient but I will never stay here again.
