Listing Description: Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock. The Space: -We have several pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. Rates are as follows: Standard 90 & 115 HP Pontoon Rental (all seat at least 11) - $300 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance Upgraded 16 passenger 115 HP - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance Upgraded 15 passenger 150 HP - $350 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance -There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished! -The home is located on Summer Breeze on a peaceful cove right behind Straight Creek Boat Dock in a long no wake zone that takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get out of to the main channel of the lake. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water. -The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, over the range microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung smart tv's throughout the entire house as well as a beautiful patio area! -There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock! The dock does not have power currently -Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to mid to late August, the lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year. Guest Access: The entire house is available & no more than 3 cars allowed at the property. Other Things to Note: -Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent -House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc. -A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor) -Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners. -3 Car max limit -No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property. -We provide all firewood & propane tanks. -There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental. -Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance. -Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away. -No pets are allowed at our properties -There is another property beside this one if you need larger groups. The white house sleeps 9. -We also often rent these houses in the off season month to month.
