Our first time visiting Shantou. This hotel is close to the train station. Basically you can see the train station from the hotel room window. However walking there especially dragging along with the suitcases is a bit of a challenge. We hired a taxi and the fee was 30 Yuen. We were quite surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the hotel itself. We asked for a non smoking room but there was an ash tray in the room but no cigarette smoke smell. The front desk said there is an ash tray in every room. I guess it's a general practice here. I have to mention that the staffs here were super friendly and with lots of patience. We got advices to where to eat, sight seeing, buying train tickets etc. It's like having a guardian behind you, ready to help. The room fee was relatively inexpensive in terms of the big room size, nice modern washroom facility with plenty of clean towels, nice big clean bed. We extended the stay, relaxed in the room and tried the local foods around the hotel area (plenty restaurants in walking distance). Big shopping malls are within walking distance. So far we are very happy with the hotel especially with the front dest staffs and the room service staff. Definitely we will choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you and keep it up.

The room is very clean and big, location is very close to shantou train station, friendly staffs and there are plenty parking space if you are driving, overall I am very happy to stay in this hotel
