It was a fantastic stay and Yu from front desk have been very helpful by sending us locations for food and recommendations for visit . As for bonus he also upgraded us to a bigger room which it was awesome . Overall if I’m back , this is the place I’m definitely staying .

The hotel is clean and front desk staff were very helpful. will stay at this hotel again when visiting Shantou. it's about 35minuts walk to the Mixc shopping centre and night market thus we take the Didi ride.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and always willing to help. Staff 瑞辰 😊went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, which perfectly fit our schedule before heading to the airport.
The lobby and room had a pleasant, refreshing smell that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Another great convenience was the DIY laundry service on the 4th floor, which was very useful during our stay. Good variety of breakfast selections as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

My 2nd time to stay at this hotel, wonderful experience, most staff are nice n helpful, as some problem in toilet, they immediately made the decision to change another room for us🤩🤩especially staff “ Hugo”, he provided me good ideas places to go n eat, let me have deeply feeling of Shantou. And deeply thank for his special arrangement due to Typhoon, we have some changes on our trip . Highly recommend for hotel 👍🏻

Had a 3 nights stay at this hotel. everything was superb! Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Staffs are very froendly and very helpful. Front desk staff Mr KongKong (空空) even went extra mile to assist us after we have checked out. Well done!

The location is quite convenient. Room is clean with a large TV. Check in/out is fast. Not many eatery nearby, needa take 5-10mins taxi to shopping malls.
Overall, quite a high CP hotel.
