A Hidden Gem by Napa Lake , A Truly Unforgettable Stay If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, this hotel near Napa Lake is a rare treasure. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being welcomed into a family home rather than checking into a hotel. The owner is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted person. He went out of his way,literally, to pick me up at midnight in his own car, and even carried my luggage personally. That level of care and hospitality is something I’ve never experienced before. His wife is just as wonderful, and an amazing cook! The meals she prepared were not only delicious but made with love—you’ll enjoy them right in their cozy dining room, sharing stories like you’re part of the family. The rooms are beautifully kept, comfortable, and far exceed expectations, especially considering the very affordable price. The location is perfect,right in the heart of Napa Lake, making it easy to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the area. I only stayed one night, but I truly wish I could have stayed for a week. This place doesn’t just give you a bed; it gives you memories, warmth, and genuine connection. I cannot recommend it enough. If you’re in the area, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s hospitality at its finest.

Our stay was super amazing. From the environment, to the treatment from the owner and their friends. They’re so kind, sweet and they make us feel safe and belonged in their homeland. We couldn’t thank them enough for all their help, especially helping us drying our clothes, ensuring our food, cause we’re muslim travellers. They made late dinner for us cause we arrived quite late to the acoomodation. I love their accomodation and I love their hospitality as well their homeland. I will come again to this place and stay longer to enjoy all the sceneries and everything in ShangriLa.

I’ve had the most pleasant experience here, this couple-run place reminded me of home, the owners were really friendly, and I felt safe as a solo traveller. I was invited to dinner with the family, it was the best way to experience the local culture. The room was clean and the view was absolutely stunning! 💓

Host has really good hospitality once arrived and will recommend places to visit, room has a great view and is spacious and comfortable. You can choose to dine at the places for 3 meals a day and the home cook meals are delicious. Overall highly recommend for a comfortable stay

The owner very nice and kind. The room and is very clean and comfortable, the view from windows also very beautiful. The breakfast and dinner they cooked are very delicious. The owner lends me the boots when I went to Shika Snow Mountain and on the last day before I check-out the owner also took me to a horse riding at Napahai. They welcome me like family and I feel very happy during my stay as it felt like home. I would stay here again if I visit Shangri-La next time.
