Bel hôtel, mais le déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur car il y avait très peu de choix.

The Borj Dhiafa is definitely where you want to stay when in Sfax. This hotel gets 5 stars from me. The staff, rooms, restaurant are all the best. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly & speak many languages. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. I've traveled the world and the Borj Dhiafa is where I'd want to stay the most.

This is a gorgeous hotel, a modern recreation of an old fort, as charming on the inside as it is stunning on the outside. The bedroom was supremely comfortable as well as decorated with quality materials such as marble in the entrance, woods in the bathroom and elegant wooden bedroom furniture, somewhat traditional yet highly functional with a very wide and comfortable bed. The internet is fast enough (45 mbps on WiFi with an iPad) and there are USB charging points by the bedside table. The laundry service offers same day return, and the room is always impeccably cleaned. In the restaurant everything is top notch, and all the staff was extremely kind and seemed happy to bring food even though I was often the only guest having breakfast or lunch, this being the month of Ramadan. The more I visit Tunisia the more I love it, my Tunisian friends say this is the best hotel in Sfax and I can see why!

Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel, the rooms are specious, clean comfortable and it contained all the necessities. the hotel offers efficient and fast wifi. All the stuff are professional and super friendly they would make you feel at home. the Food is super delicious and there is plenty of options and varieties to choose from.

Very Distinguished and Elegant Hotel Overall this hotel is the epitome of elegence and style and undoubtedly 5 star. The staff were kind considerate, helpful and lovely, the sumptuous surroundings were beautiful. The lobby area and bar and dining room are stunning to look at with elegant paintings and furnishings. Plenty of space everywhere with lovely lounge areas on all floors. The pool area was also impressive immaculately clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The cigarette burns on both the common area carpets and bedroom carpets were unsightly. Suggest a no smoking policy or please repair these. 2. A sitting out area or sun terrace would be very nice. Could a portion of the hotel be reconfigured to allow sunseekers to enjoy the sun. 3. The bedrooms whilst beautiful were a little busy with furnishings. Maybe some items not needed. Thank you....we have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Je ne poste que pour le spa J'ai réservé un formule hammam gommage soin visage et massage Je suis la seule cliente donc ça aurait dû être sympa mais Déjà on nous donne une robe de bain taille s alors que je fais du xl.... La personne pour le gommage mâche son chewing-gum pendant la prestation Douche sans serviette adaptée J arrive pour le soin visage réservé et la on me prépare un soin pied . On installe a la va vite une table pour le soin. Inconfortable et lumière a fond. Le personnel reçoit ses appels et fais des SMS pendant le soin. Je fais la remarque . Les produits sont appliqués rapidement et je ressort avec une peau tiraillée et surtout mal nettoyées Massage correct mais rapide La personne voit bien que je n'ai pas aimé la prestation .... Bref 150 dt ...trop cher et pas du tout a la hauteur d'un établissement de ce standing....a fuir
