The overall package is simply fantastic! Very good food, lots of options, a fantastic beach, and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend it, and we'll definitely be back! The motto here is: anything goes, nothing is necessary. There are plenty of options, but you can also just relax and unwind.

Excellent and relaxed service. Very good beach and pool! Beautiful garden. Very good food for breakfast and dinner (thank you Maria and team!). Nice Beach Restaurant for lunch as a alternative to the lunch buffet.

The hotel is clean, stylish, and located by a beautiful beach — great infrastructure overall. Rooms are comfortable, and the food is tasty, though not very diverse. However, for families with children, there are a few downsides. The kids’ playground is far from the main area, hidden behind tennis courts, and the kids’ club is in a spot with lots of mosquitoes. Most of the animation is in German, which isn’t great if your kids speak English. Biggest issue: the All-Inclusive system doesn’t use wristbands. Every order (even water or coffee) requires your room number, name, and signature — a hassle, especially at the bar where you need to wait for a waiter to process everything. Also, no snacks available between main meals, except for ice cream at the bar. Nice hotel for couples or German-speaking guests — less so for families who value convenience.

Just come back from a fabulous holiday at this hotel. We stayed in a suite with a pool and sea views. The room was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in a beautiful location right next to a golden sandy beach with shallow crystal clear water perfect for swimming and mountains in the background. The pools were lovely. The food was varied and good. We particularly enjoyed Cretan and lobster night. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend the road train which goes from outside the hotel reception and takes you to lake kournos and into Georgioupolis in the evening. We really enjoyed the acrobatic show and the ladies that did the Abba night had lovely voices. I really liked that the kids were allowed to eat for free during the day at the main pool buffet even though we were half board. The only negative was having to leave to come home.

We had a great time at Pilot Hotel! The animation program kept everyone entertained, especially the kids. The food was tasty with a good variety to choose from each day. We really enjoyed the private beach and the easy access to the sea — such a perfect spot to relax. A fantastic place for families with children. Highly recommended!
