I would highly recommend this hotel! They treat you with so much care and respect. They think of everything you may need and you feel like royalty. Words can’t explain the positive experience I had staying here. I would definitely come back and stay again. 5 stars!! I would give it 10 if I could.

beautiful boutique hotel; Philippe and the staff are exceptional and attentive of all details. Exquisitely decorated, amazing breakfast, comfortable room. It was a relais chateaux experience at an affordable rate. I’ll recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Casa Poeta was an amazing property right in the heart of Seville. It also has its own charm as a boutique property. You feel like you’re in an old world courtyard but with four star service.

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Casa del Poeta during my visit to Seville. I must say that my stay was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a series of problems that significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. Firstly, there were serious issues with the bathroom facilities. The shower in my room flooded into the bathroom, causing a major inconvenience and making the space unusable. I even have video evidence of this, but the hotel staff showed little interest in addressing the problem or providing any assistance. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite informing the hotel staff multiple times, they failed to resolve the issue, leaving me in discomfort throughout my stay. It is disappointing that such a basic amenity was not properly maintained. To add to the list of grievances, my room was infested with ants. They were crawling all over the place, which not only posed a hygiene concern but also made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my time in the room. What frustrated me the most was the hotel staff's dismissive attitude towards my concerns. Despite my efforts to show them the video evidence of the flooded bathroom, they refused to listen or take any action. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address the issues left me feeling unheard and extremely dissatisfied as a guest.

This is a charming and tranquil hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff are stellar - helpful and attentive and it was so enjoyable to sit in the central courtyard and relax. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Beautiful hidden gem. I would have enjoyed spending more time here. The staff was over the top accommodating. The bed was very comfortable . The location perfect

Hotel is great, apartment was also great very good location. Wifi coverage in apartment was poor but everything else was great.

Not your standard chain hotel - very personal. It is close to sites in historic area. Difficult parking, but hotel did all of the parking for us and picked up luggage. Restaurant inside hotel had a great selection for breakfast. Staff helped with tickets to see sites, and helped with reservations and restaurant recommendations. Service was great.
