Really lovely place in the heart of the Yorkshire dales. Very quaint. Enjoyed an extremely comfy nights sleep. Very clean and had a lively bath.

Booked for Sunday lunch whilst on holiday in the area and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. Soup of the day was leek and potato which came with a warm roll and lots of butter soft enough to spread (not the solid lump you often get served). The soup was delicious and very filling. We chose roast beef for our main course, which came with a generous selection of veg plus the most ginormous Yorkshire puds. Everything was completely delicious. No room for dessert, which was a real shame. Service was friendly, speedy and really helpful. No complaints at all. Will definitely return when we are next in the area.

Good attentive staff, rooms clean and value for money. Food good quality best pie I have ever had. Good situation to get to all the local attractions.,.............................................................................

The Harts Head is a great place to stay. We were made very welcome by Pippa and all the staff, special mention for the young man who served us in the resturant. We slept really well in Room one which was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Freely available juice and water in the landing fridge was a nice touch. We had a lovely view over Giggleswick . The breakfast was excellent. We definitely hope to return in the future.

We visited a couple of times as a family for food and drinks, both times we all enjoyed the food and thought the service and ambience was good. Didn’t really have to book a table before turning up, and the location was good from our cottage in Giggleswick
