이 호텔은 훌륭하지만 중심에서 멀리 떨어져 있으며 바와 레스토랑 서비스를 제공해야하며 우리가 머물렀던 며칠 동안 문을 닫았습니다. 직원이 부족하고 호텔 전체에 서비스를 제공하기에는 직원이 너무 적습니다.

Wonderful hotel, excellent service and can’t wait to stay again!

酒店環境挺好，房間古老有意思，衞生和設施也不錯。服務熱情主動。酒店旁邊就有一個商場，挺方便的。缺點是位置相對比較偏遠。但總的來講性價比很高。

非常滿意！ 老式莊園改造的酒店，牆上的畫也算是古董了！ 早餐豐富，餐廳味道地道！ 特別感謝前台的Stefano！熱情周到！

Highly recommended. We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a festival. We stayed in a junior suite with king size four poster bed. The hotel is very clean. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The manager was amazing, giving us advice on attending the festival. The bar man was always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast but you are served coffee on request and the food was very good. The evening menu is amazing! Such high quality. We sat out in the terrace which is large with individual seating areas with large umbrellas or pergolas. We travelled in on the metro which is a short walk from the hotel but opted for the hotel car to take us back to the airport , which I recommend. I would highly recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone stopping in Milan.

They put us in the attic where my husband had to duck under beams. Shower was on the side wall so was only about 5’. We were there for 3 days and never saw any service people on our floor so had to find clean towels on our own. Restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights and room service was never available. All in all customer service was one of the worst we have ever experienced.

Breakfast 5/5 Very welcoming personnel, healthy and tasty food (for me), good pastries (for my husband) , selection of fresh juices Location 3/5 Not in the countryside (which would fit the atmosphere of the chateau), not nearby the center . Neighbourhood on the way to the metro is dirty and messy . Parking is ok , a lot of spaces. So good place to be by car and not having to go to the city center Cleaning 2/5 Spider nets literally everywhere together with their masters. 4 spiders were killed . Floor in some places wasn’t cleaned for years. Customer service 5/5 I posted spider nets on Instagram and they detected our room and sent someone to clean almost instantly and it was late evening. But it’s just too many corners to clean since it’s literally everywhere and it shouldn’t be done over the bed anyway so we kindly rejected. But proper and immediate reaction was appreciated Sound insulation 4/5 Our room is the furtherst from the elevator and passage, so for us it was very good (5/5), which, I believe is not the case for the rest of the rooms.

We have visited and toured Milan previously. The Grand Hotel Villa Torretta, Curio Collection by Hilton, was actually just outside the northernmost stop on the Milan Metro M1 line and considered to be in a suburb of Milan. However, for us, it was perfectly located away from the hoards of tourists but close enough by convenient metro to easily experience during our three-night stay such attractions as "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci and Castello Sforzesco which we had not before seen. Originally thought to be the site of a medieval fortress and rebuilt as a noble residence in the 1300's, Villa Torretta provided a carefree step back into history together with all our indispensable modern conveniences. The hotel's signature restaurant, Il Vico Della Torretta, offered an extensive dinner menu. However, aside from selecting the Capesante (scallops) with lemon salt as a starter, the dinner choice was easy. Their Risotto Milano has won accolades from experts as Best Risotto with Zafferano and was quite simply beyond delectable.

Gorgeous property with an old charm that doesn't feel dated! My room was beautiful and very clean. The property itself was one of my favorites in terms of layout and architecture! The breakfast was solid and the staff was very kind. Not centrally located to downtown but that was very nice for me and has easy public transit access!

A gorgeous hotel, beautifully renovated and brought back to life. I had minimal contact with the staff, but they were extremely friendly and helpful. As it is an old building, you can hear your neighbours, both above you as well as when they walk past your room. It was quite noisy, which can be expected in an older building. People walking past my room frightened me awake a couple of times which was a pity, because I absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was. Just note that this hotel is a good bit outside the city centre!

Nice Historic hotel. The hotel is very nice and full of history, rooms were very large (by European standards). Breakfast was plentiful and served in the restaurant which has very nice frescos. Nice mall right across the street. Only issue was the hotel is a little outside of Milan (4 metro stops from the center)

Deluxe and superior roooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were very nice, the Chef is notable. Excellent bar tenders, well made drinks. Hotel Staff were helpful and professional. And the hotel was a beautifully restored historic property. For reference: We had 6 rooms, we travel monthly, we've been to Italy many times, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Dawn and friends.

Beautiful villa converted into a 4 star hotel. Wonderful 3 nights stay, breakfast was amazing, parking was free and it’s a 10 min walk to the subway. We usually got back to the hotel by 8pm so I don’t know about the walk after dark. I got the feeling that I would not want to walk back from the station after dark. Quick subway ride to Duomo and the old center of town. We even took the subway to the train station and then to Lago Como (Lake Como). Great service, great prices and beautiful hotel! would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
