Overall a nice hotel but definitely not 5 star and expensive for what you get. I’ll start by saying the room we had was lovely. We had a room with a private pool and it was very spacious and bed was comfy. Unfortunately the private pool wasn’t heated and was very cold. The other downside was that housekeeping was very hit and miss. Sometimes they would give us new towels, sometimes not. We requested pool towels one day when we didnt have any and they never came. Also sometimes when they would mop the floor, dirt would be left behind. Staff do not provide a 5 star service. Again just very hit and miss. Some days we were asked if we wanted a hot drink at breakfast and other days we were not. Service also wasn’t delivered with a smile. The check in process was strange as we had to stand at the desk the whole time whilst having our welcome drink rather than sitting down in the lobby. The food was pretty bad all round. We ordered pizzas one day that were so tough we couldn’t cut them. There is also a very limited choice of vegetarian meals. Some restaurants didn’t have a single vegetarian main option. Be careful what room you get. Ours was overlooking a car park which we weren’t happy with but turns out that was one of the better rooms as others were straight in front of hotel walkways so there was no privacy and others had a huge net in front of them due to the golf course. The hotel was close to a lovely beach where you had to pay €16 a day for sunbeds. On the way back you have to walk up a steep hill though. Would have been good to offer a buggy service up the hill. The hotel is also quite difficult to navigate.

Stunning hotel with beautiful views of the sea. Excellent pools and variety of restaurants. Room with pool was incredible and very comfortable. My only criticism was that the cleaning of the room was slapdash but having said that the rest of the hotel was pristine. In addition the season was coming to an end and it felt like that with food items not available and very little or no entertainment. I would love to return at a different time of year

The rooms were very quiet and clean. The rooms are placed apart from the pools and restaurant area, very nice, especially when you have babies needing to sleep. So many people at your service, trying their best to make you feel good. The food in all the the restaurants were over the top.

Zafiro Palace is an exceptional five star resort offering a relaxing retreat from reality - everything you might possible wish for is on offer in the hotel - superb staff team, an incredible choice of restaurants offering first class cuisine, beautiful pools and outdoor spaces with wonderful views, a gorgeous spa and gym area, not to mention the electric scooters available to use if you book direct with the hotel. Truly a holiday to remember and we can’t wait to return.

Very satisfied with this hotel. very good food, good staff, clean, the rooms where clean, the bed was comfortable. good pools. I cant complaine about anything. I would had wish for a bigger gym, but it was good enough. Recomend

One of the best all-inclusive vacations ever. The price/quality ratio is just right. The service and staff are truly excellent, and the accommodation was top-notch in every aspect. In short, highly recommended.

Stayed at the Zafiro Palace Andratx for 7 nights with my wife and 1 year old son. Went for Zafiro Club penthouse suite with plunge pool, this did not disappoint. Room was fantastic in a great quiet location of the hotel, cleaned daily and modern. The hotel staff and food were absolutely outstanding and I could not fault anything during our stay. They were attentive to our needs and were fantastic with our 1 year old, thank you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly revisit with my family.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and particularly the food in every one of the four restaurants. We were all inclusive and the choice of food and drink within that arrangement was excellent. Good for golf as nearest course is only 200m away. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the bay has excellent, clean sea swimming.
