전반적으로 좋은 호텔이지만 확실히 5성급은 아니며 가격이 비쌉니다. 우리가 가진 방이 정말 좋았다는 말로 시작하겠습니다. 우리는 개인 수영장이 있는 방을 이용했는데 방이 매우 넓고 침대도 편안했습니다. 불행히도 개인 수영장은 난방이 되지 않았고 매우 추웠습니다. 또 다른 단점은 하우스키핑이 매우 엉망이었다는 것입니다. 때때로 그들은 우리에게 새 수건을 주기도 하고 때로는 그렇지 않기도 했습니다. 어느 날 수영장 수건이 없어서 요청했는데 수건이 오지 않았습니다. 그리고 때로는 바닥을 닦을 때 먼지가 남을 때도 있습니다. 직원들은 5성급 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 다시 한 번 매우 히트하고 그리워했습니다. 어떤 날은 아침 식사 때 따뜻한 음료를 원하느냐는 질문을 받았지만 어떤 날은 그렇지 않았습니다. 서비스도 미소로 전달되지 않았습니다. 로비에 앉지 않고 환영 음료를 마시면서 내내 책상에 서 있어야 했기 때문에 체크인 과정이 이상했습니다. 음식은 전체적으로 꽤 나빴습니다. 어느 날 우리는 너무 딱딱해서 잘라낼 수 없는 피자를 주문했습니다. 채식 식사의 선택도 매우 제한되어 있습니다. 일부 레스토랑에는 채식 메인 옵션이 하나도 없었습니다. 어떤 방을 얻을지 조심하세요. 우리 방은 주차장이 내려다보이는 점이 마음에 들지 않았지만 다른 방은 호텔 통로 바로 앞에 있어서 프라이버시가 없었고 다른 방은 앞에 거대한 그물이 있었기 때문에 더 좋은 방 중 하나였습니다. 골프 코스. 호텔은 아름다운 해변과 가까웠고 선베드 비용은 하루 16유로였습니다. 돌아오는 길에는 가파른 언덕을 올라야 한다. 언덕 위로 버기 서비스를 제공하는 것이 좋았을 것입니다. 호텔은 또한 탐색하기가 매우 어렵습니다.

바다의 아름다운 전망을 갖춘 멋진 호텔. 훌륭한 수영장과 다양한 레스토랑. 수영장이 있는 방은 놀라웠고 매우 편안했습니다. 나의 유일한 비판은 방의 청소가 엉성했지만 호텔의 나머지 부분은 깨끗하다는 것입니다. 게다가 시즌이 끝나가고 있었고 음식도 구할 수 없고 즐길 거리도 거의 없거나 전혀 없는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 나는 일년 중 다른 시기에 돌아오고 싶다

The hotel is great, they really make you feel at home. There are many options to choose from when you are there. From the 5 restaurants to the 5 or 6 pools. There are options for private pools with the different rooms. The concierge Pedro had great suggestions for activities and offered some truly unique experiences. He also showed us two incredible beaches that you won’t find on any guide. My only issue was that the sound proofing wasn’t on par with the rest of the experience. We could hear everything happening outside of the room and some of the notices from the neighbours.

I stayed here for one night for a conference. I can't help wishing I had stayed for longer. Everything about the hotel is good, whether it's the rooms, the staff, the view and more. The breakfast was also great. I didn't have a chance to use the other facilities but they seemed pretty good too..

Make no mistake , this is a very good hotel indeed .Quality rooms , great service , VERY clean throughout with good attentive staff overall . Pools were all very good with lots of space and no probs getting sun loungers . We had a Junior suite with a small pool and i would recommend . Breakfast was superb , seriously catering for any taste ! Special shout out to MARCO we called him the “egg man “ he did all egg related tasks and made superb omelettes ! We had a bad experience with an extremely undercooked burger from room service but that was very efficiently sorted by the excellent staff on reception , charge waived and preventative measures put in place . Just what one would expect from a top hotel . Regarding the 4 speciality restaurants , we only visited 3 . The Italian was very good and we enjoyed . The Mediterranean one was a bit of a dissapointment though . It was fine dining . I started with Scallops that were nicely prepared but surprisingly lacked seasoning .I then had lobster . It was superbly presented but again strangely lacked seasoning again . In addition there were no side dishes available on the menu so we left still hungry which again we thought a little strange . When our waiter asked how the meal was i politely pointed out what i’ve written here but got a more irritated response than was expected . I didn’t note his name but he was a tall older guy who always wore braces on his trousers . The third Restaurant was the steak one and frankly it was absolutely superb in every way . We loved it and went twice . Many of the waiters interchange between the different speciality restaurants and one guy i must mention is Cayetano Carmona , a lovely man who became a friend during our stay . Always smiling and always helpful . A credit to the hotel . The buffet evening meals were very good with an amazingly varied array of dishes available to sort all tastes . My 2 negative points above should not be seen as detracting from what was a fab holiday in a wonderful Hotel .

This is a really lovely hotel in a nice part of Mallorca. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable and ours had great views across the bay. It is very family friendly with a shaded children's pool and special baby and children's meals in all the restaurants. When we were there it was mainly babies and toddlers as it was term time. I am not sure what it would be like with older children and how well it would work for them. There are 4 pools (one for adults only) and a great swim up bar in the main pool. The food is amazing and to a very high standard. The buffet was good for any meal. However all the 4 speciality restaurants (all themed) were so good. If you are on all inclusive everything is included there are no surcharges for steak or expensive cocktails. We were able to organise a hire car very easily through the concierge and had a good day of site seeing around the top of the island. While the hotel is not on the beach it is short walk down to the beach which is not too busy and there are shops and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend.
