Rooms are clean, service is very good, food also good. Cons : no lift. Water in basin was not working perfectly

I fully endorse what Debdip Dey (a group member) has stated. The hotel was a BIG disappointment, since they did not keep their promise. They commissioned the new complex without the construction being completed. Therefore, we did not have any lift to the second floor although senior citizens were part of out group. The rooms had unfinished work that could hurt guests. The whole building was full of rubbish and construction material. The rooms varied in sizes, mostly being so cramped that you could hardly place a chair in a room. There was no wi-fi - the most essential amenity in any place that one goes to stay nowadays. They should not have commissioned the rooms without being fully ready. The service was decent, but the staff were not properly trained in looking after the guests. In spite of pointing out these short-comings, the charge was astronomical compared to the other rooms, but no adjustment was made, no apology offered for misleading the guests. All in all, AVOID this hotel if you can.

Recently, we returned from Asanbani, near Jamshedpur, where we lodged at the Hill View Resort. We reserved eight super deluxe rooms and journeyed with a group of 17 members with a few over 60yrs of age. Situated at the foothills of Dalma, the hotel boasts splendid views from every room. Regrettably, we were assigned rooms in a newly constructed building that was far from completion. Despite being labeled as "Super Deluxe" and priced at Rs. 4500+GST, these accommodations lacked basic amenities such as an elevator, in-room phone, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The rooms varied in size and shape, with most being remarkably cramped, offering minimal space beyond the double bed, and only a few had a small balcony. Shockingly, one room lacked a balcony altogether, yet the hotel charged the same super deluxe rate for all. The lack of elevator accessibility posed challenges, particularly for our elderly members, who found navigating the stairs difficult. Moreover, the entire building was littered with dirt and construction debris, rendering the swimming pool unusable due to its dirty water. Despite having informed the manager multiple times about the age composition of our group both before and after booking, our concerns were not addressed transparently. Initially presented with images of spacious rooms in the old building, we were disappointed upon check-in to discover the unfinished state of our accommodations. Subsequently, we learned that the hotel had been fully booked for a wedding ceremony, leaving us with subpar rooms. While some of these issues were acknowledged by the manager during our discussions, no corrective action was taken. Although the hotel staff was friendly, they lacked the necessary professional training to address our basic needs adequately. Nevertheless, they endeavored to accommodate us to the best of their abilities.

The location is close to the main Jamshedpur city and located on NH 33. There were groups which had booked the lawns for their normal picnic with extremely loud music and enjoying. No problems because of the new year celebrations too going on everywhere. The hygiene was oķay and rooms were okay too. the price compared to facilities is high.

Excellent location, good food to order. Breakfast needs upgraded. Polite staff helpful. Huge area and good for morning & evening walk.
