We got a room pn the 3rd floor looking clean and nice. In the evening screaming tefugee kids till late. The befs were horror so soft and warn put. The restaurant has a very limited menu and the dishes are only the meat. Afterwards they told me that I should have readed the card better since vegetables and fries ate extra charged. Besides that my meat was horror the price quality scale was bad. Avoid this restaurant. The next morning we noticed that housekeeping had taken our towels but dit not give new ones. We decided then to leave immediately. We certainly do not recommend this hotel.

The pillow was too thick, no choice to switch with another. The duvet was way to warm for the season. No alternative but just the sheet. The nattas was The so called minibar was an empty small frudge in the room. When I called the staff, they tild me that wás the minibar. No smalldrinks or snacks in it so in my opinion that is an empty fridge and not a "minibar". The mattress was skewed, tilted outwards and was very soft. The worst was the shower. It went from too hot to cold within every 2 seconds. What a dissapointment. TV too small from the distance to the bed. The garage was fine but costed an extra € 15. The bar was okay. The staff friendley and I got a free toothbrush after I forgot mine. There was a thee and coffee facility and a hairdryer. It was clean but still a bit dusty. After all my opinion 2 ** or maybe 3 *** but defenitely and absolutely not 4 *** I did get an apology for the shower. But I would have suggested offer a free cappuccino or so or give a customer a discount. Get the gas boiler or water heating system allright.
