Me and my family have had an amazing break at Korumar. The staff wait on you hand and foot and they are always there to help you, whatever you need. The entertainment is amazing for all the family. The animation team go above and beyond to make you laugh and to have an unforgettable holiday. A special thank you to Chico, Joe and the rest of the animation team for looking after my family with your non stop fun and entertainment. Thank you to all the staff. I think there could be some improvement with the mini club for young children, the staff don’t seem very motivated compared to over entertainers at the hotel.

We got back from this hotel about a week ago and I'm still missing it! An hour from Izmir airport, this clean, friendly, spacious hotel ticked so many boxes for us as a family of 4 with kids 5 and 8. Rooms - good size, plenty of storage, massive bed, cleaned immensely well. Pool - almost too big! Never too crowded, cleaned daily inside and on the poolside. 1.4m all the way round is not ideal with no kids standing room, but there is a splash pool. Always found a sunbed. Kids splash park - not massive, but good fun. Slides - these are pretty fast and very fun! Food - exceptional. Variety in the evenings, pool snack bar a bit samey, but still good and waffles an added bonus! Kids club - these ladies are FANTASTIC. The boys wanted to go every day and the way the times are broken out into 30min slots is such a good idea. The kids club building is also very clean and cool Evening entertainment - not a bad night (except karaoke!) with some really amazing performances Staff - all really friendly and helpful Beach - the hotel do clean it, but some debris does get swept from down the beach Overall - would definitely recommend and we'd love to go again.

What a wonderful stay! We stayed in the basic family room, it was spacious, and clean, the bed was absolutely huge! Air con made the room very cool, curtains were complete black out. We all slept very well, in fact some days we over slept! The pool was huge. It was a nice cool temperature, which helped cool us down in the 40 degree heat! It was so spacious meaning the kids always had space to jump in, do handstands, and float around on their inflatables. The hotel is so huge, a lot of guests were so spread out that we never struggled to get a sunbed, there was plenty of room for everyone, meaning there was no need to get up early to secure a sunbed. The water slides and splash park were amazing, you can spend a whole week without even leaving the hotel, as there is so much to keep the kids entertained. Food, gorgeous, lots of choice, always plenty to pick from. The snack bar in the afternoons was just as brilliant - jackpot potatoes and waffles and ice were a firm favourite! Staff were lovely! Our favourites were the waiters in the main dining area. They would remember our drinks order, and top our drinks up before we had even finished - so efficient! The hotel its self is huge! Very well looked after! Very grand! So much room to sit inside if you want to escape the sun. Entertainment was good, the fire show, beach party and fun fair were firm favourites. We also really enjoyed the karaoke! Over all the holiday was incredible! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We booked here with Jet2 after being let down by TUI and we were not disappointed! My wife and I took our 10 month old and 3 year old. Any parents taking two young children may be anxious if the hotel will meet expectations, we hope at least one of them will read this review and be convinced to book! The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff are absolutely brilliant and willing to go above and beyond for you. They were really attentive with our children, I think my 10 month old daughter was held and cuddled by nearly 10 separate staff members. We booked the junior suite which was excellent. We had some concerns before going that the room would feel cramped and that we wouldn’t get good sleep with the kids sharing the same space but this was far from our actual experience. The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the air con worked faultlessly. Having a shower and a bath in the room really helped with settling the kids to keep some sort of routine. The cleaners did a fantastic job, you can use the light system on the door to let them know if you want the room cleaned. The main pool is huge and there was always plenty of sun loungers available. It does get busier near the splash pool but we actually preferred the quieter end to set up a base. My wife found the main pool a little cold but I thought it was just right and that she’s just being soft. The splash pool was noticeably colder which at times was a bit much for my 3 year old but he got used to it. The adult slides were great too. Both the slides and the splash pool are open for a few hours in the morning and the afternoon, they close around lunch. We found this to be plenty of time though. The entertainment team were fantastic, we got to know some of them by name and they were always very friendly and tried to get us involved as much as possible! The evening entertainment was very good (we didn’t make every night due to tired kids), in particular the fire show and the kids fest were worth staying up for! The kids club was a really nice space, our children were too young to be left there but we were able to use the aged 2-3 year old room which gave us a nice break from the pool/sun. We thought the food was excellent, fresh salad and fruit every meal and a themed night each evening in the restaurant which offered a good amount of variety if you’re willing to try something new. There wasn’t a huge amount variety in the children’s section but I’m not sure it’s fair to criticise this as they served all the classic kids basic food, if you want your children to eat something more adventurous, get it from the main buffet. The snack bar food was pretty good, highly recommend the flat breads, they were delicious. The onsite photography team were also superb, they have a few attractions in the day (parrot etc) where you can get photos taken and buy them later for €9 per photo. My family just came back from an amazing stay at Korumar Ephesus. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. Sports, swimming, sauna, messages, great food, evening entertainment, and a great beach. The staff were outstanding and really spoilt us. Friendly and kind. The facilities were always clean and everything worked very well. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing hotel the rooms are very clean and quiet everywhere was very clean too Very polite staff and friendly Su and muhemmet at down stairs bar were very friendly and nice We really had a great time there Definitely will choose this hotel again.
