I have nothing but positives to say about the hotel! We went in early April, which was a mistake because it was FREEZING! The hotel itself was lovely and despite finding something in the food we had to report, it was fantastic. We came by a different company and a different time at night, but it was worth it, because we made it in time for late dinner and tucked ourselves straight into bed. We had a lot of ups and downs with my poor nephew as he got stung by a bee, stepped on a fish, banged his head and even cut himself on his cutlery! But he LOVED the slides and the activities with other kids and would beg us to go and play volleyball every day (even after the bee sting on the beach!) High Praise for everyone on the entertainment, for not only recognising myself and my nephew but treating us so well ＜3 Joe, max, Ozzy, Minne, Doga, DJ Joseph, Anni, etc were fantastic and sweet and James REALLY hopes to see you next year on his birthday! The wait staff were lovely as well, quickly swinging into action when we needed a drink or a hand with plates (I walk with a cane) and one gentlemen in the outdoor cafe regularly saw me struggling with a tray of drinks and plates to take to my nephew and mum and carried them for me, what a star! The reception staff were friendly and helpful and whilst we didn't find an Easyjet rep (like we would with a jet2 rep) the guest relations person helped a lot! The noise level was not too bad as the entertainment team had all gone to bed so I think everyone had at that point! Rooms were GORGEOUS, clean, spacious and just an absolute dream! My nephew was actually delighted to have 'his own bed!' instead of having to share. For the time we came and the price we paid, what a bargain! Whilst the hotel IS some distance from centrum, it is right on the beach, has multiple shops and a spa and ammenities you don't have to walk far to get to. Highly recommend the Korumar to anyone looking to stay here, it is WONDERFUL! My only recommendation: Wear water shoes to avoid any bee stings on the beach and fish stings in the sea XD

I cant rate this hotel enough!!! We were reccomended by friends and now I know why!! They have everything you could ever need or want. Situated right by the beach it's perfect whether your a pool or beach family. The food was great - so much choice!!, the hotel itself is super clean, the rooms are great size (we were a family of 4), pools with slides and a splash park, great for every age. But the staff , especially the animation team are just great! Super friendly and always up for a laugh. Big shout out to Crazy Joe and Maximillion who can't walk past with saying hi and interacting with the kids. We were lucky enough to be there for their Oktoberfest which was so much fun!!!!! Not many pics of the hotel but we were too busy having the best time!! We are 100% returning next year ❤️

This hotel is almost new. The building, the rooms, the equipment all around are nice and maintained. Cleanliness is perfect everywhere. Rooms are spacious - even the standard ones. The staff is absolutely polite, they offer their services but don't push you to participate. Every night different common programs, not so special but still enjoyable. With children this place is perfect as well, kindergarten, pools, children room, games... Really nice. (Unfortunately the water temperature in the children pool was a bit low.) Restaurants are also great, of course, after one week you can get bored but still high quality and hygiene standards. Ultra all inclusive means here several brand of beverages, like Jack, Beefeater, etc... (Real espresso you can find only in the main building.) In the middle of September the guests mostly arrived from the UK. (elderly or with small child) This hotel brings what they promise, I loved it!

Me and my family have had an amazing break at Korumar. The staff wait on you hand and foot and they are always there to help you, whatever you need. The entertainment is amazing for all the family. The animation team go above and beyond to make you laugh and to have an unforgettable holiday. A special thank you to Chico, Joe and the rest of the animation team for looking after my family with your non stop fun and entertainment. Thank you to all the staff. I think there could be some improvement with the mini club for young children, the staff don’t seem very motivated compared to over entertainers at the hotel.

We got back from this hotel about a week ago and I'm still missing it! An hour from Izmir airport, this clean, friendly, spacious hotel ticked so many boxes for us as a family of 4 with kids 5 and 8. Rooms - good size, plenty of storage, massive bed, cleaned immensely well. Pool - almost too big! Never too crowded, cleaned daily inside and on the poolside. 1.4m all the way round is not ideal with no kids standing room, but there is a splash pool. Always found a sunbed. Kids splash park - not massive, but good fun. Slides - these are pretty fast and very fun! Food - exceptional. Variety in the evenings, pool snack bar a bit samey, but still good and waffles an added bonus! Kids club - these ladies are FANTASTIC. The boys wanted to go every day and the way the times are broken out into 30min slots is such a good idea. The kids club building is also very clean and cool Evening entertainment - not a bad night (except karaoke!) with some really amazing performances Staff - all really friendly and helpful Beach - the hotel do clean it, but some debris does get swept from down the beach Overall - would definitely recommend and we'd love to go again.
