Hotel Crescent Resorts and Club

Restaurent team doing misbehave with us and taking the order also. When we entered the hotel they not provide the chair and table to take the dinner at outside in TV ground. Service wa so bad,,,,, I never expect this with this Hotel.. i Have found the ast option at night to take the dinner at another big Creasent at Sehore.

Food is really awesome and they have a water park as well . So plan a week end trip check in the morning and go to water park Post that enjoy very good food in the resort Also they have amusement park , so next day skip the water park and go to amusement park . Its a 2 hour drive from Ujjain and it's a beautiful place to chill with family

The manager should be calm behaviour, I was the regular customer here , when ever I passes by I use to visit present but not anymore. He disrespected my family. 8817171854 call if you needed. Even if we're carry a full maintain clean dog with us who is army service dog, it doesn't means that we are some stray or some poor family member who belong from stray family, the watchmen told that we can dine here but outside, they can arrange table for my family outside, than we entered and another manager told that we can sit inside but dog should be on lease hold, when my family enter that manger who was sitting inside yesterday night, was damn rude. I know carrying pets are not allowed in restaurant but giving wrong info. From your side and making fun of me and family is also not valid. Really disappointed cresent. Your management is still poor. 👎

I stayed with my Fiance, in suite room. It was awesome with private swimming pool. Cleaning was awesome , ambience was good , water park facilities is plus. Food teste was malwa style i love this. Service was good.

Overall experience was awesome. I am student of VIT Bhopal, for additional purpose stay at crescent resort two days, with my parents, me and my parents feel homely. He provide us pool facility and water park facility with room. It was good for my parents.

Overall our experience was fabulous. Rooms was awesome, food was tasty , ambience was great. One of the service guy Niraj serve us in room by heart, like home feeling. At reception one bell boy was very cooperative Vijay kushwaha

I am from bhopal, visit to kubreshwar dham for worship, then I know about crescent resort and club Sehore, I have spend one night with my family and enjoy a lot, for my kis cycle is here, table tenis, pool table, and it was awesome to have theatre here. With room water park facilities is one of the best for my family. Food was awesome, service was good. Location was very good. Staff was cordial.

Staff is lathergic and pathetic in comparision to infrastructure. Works like govt. Department ...every one pass bucket Sections talk like they have no responsibility. Service send us for dinner at ground, ground manager even not listening denied abrubtply, reception said goto restaurant and ask.....we went again to room and ordered few things, he said refer menu nothing extra u should ask.....pathetic staff....seems like asking service for free
