The hotel met all my requirements and wishes. The staff was super friendly when spoken to, the rooms were cleaned every day to perfection, the spa was super nice and big! It had and area for the kids and for the adults so you could always choose where to go. The food was amazing. I would very much like to go back!

You can feel a special care everywhere...Next to the main lift. An open pool and hot tube area just in front of the ski slope we take to get directly to the hotel. Live music on Saturday night. Reach breakfast, lunch after skiing and 5 course dinner in Austrian style. The best out of best.

On check-in immediately told that no Spa treatments were available. This being the whole purpose of our weekend break. Also , at Check-in we were asked to choose our evening meal! Food was cold and obviously been standing around for some time. 3,40 Euros for 1 capsule of coffee in the room! No water. The hotel is stylish… but not the best quality. Hotel is on a busy main road… so the balcony is not really useable. No breakfast service…. Not even for coffee. All self-service! I have stayed in much better places for the same cost.

Modern hotel with a lot of charm and comfort. Good procedures from check-in to guest care to service and room provision. Free parking in the hotel's underground garage. The hotel is located directly on the busy main road. It's therefore worth booking the higher price segment, with rooms facing the courtyard or mountain-side. Perfectly presented meals served by an efficient and well-coordinated service team. Good interaction between kitchen and service team. Service staff go out of their way to take good care of their guests. Bar area invites you to linger. Professional bar-keeping that meets even pampered demands. Good wine selection with well trained advice. Wine tasting seminars are even offered. The only drawback for late risers: especially with the fruit selection and some fresh products, the display becomes scarce over time and is hardly refilled. Special highlight: included guest card with excellent basic services (public transportation, chairlifts, etc. in the entire region) during the entire booking period! Overall verdict: Worthwhile destination; go for it!
