Hotel Grand Ashirwad

The staff is very rude. Although i arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and check in was at 12 pm they made me wait for another 1 hr and shifted some other person to another room and gave me that room. Bathroom lock was broken basin was terrible badsheet was dirty

Very very unhygienic room. Not clean at all. There were cigarette butts in bathroom. No phone in room for room service. No separate restaurant. Receptionist is good *** by nature.

Worst hotel no proper services and rooms are not comfortable i would not suggest this hotel for a stay

It was very worst experience wid this hotel they also didn't know how treat the customer very bad rooms

Pros- only near by secunderabad gate number 4 cons - 1) for ac extra charges 1100 2) service is very poor 3) they are not cleaning the evening u deposit key to the counter. 4) in two days stay they refused to give towels and not change the bed sheet. 5) geyser was not working still entire staff arguing that it was fine 6) bathroom was not clean atall 7) water mixture was like if u pull any leaver water coming from all the way.

Very poor arrangement even lodge is better than this facility bathroom are so smelly like public toilet

Hotel quality and cleanliness doesn’t match with the photos shown

Room is not cleaned before enter bed is not dressed no proper mug in toilet wc is not in worst condition no hangers are available in cupboard overall very bad maintenance

Room was not hygienic, filled with bugs and cockroaches, flush not working. Room was very congested but staffs were supportive. Its an average stay.
