'전반적인 시설과 서비스는 가격(유럽 평균 가격)을 훨씬 뛰어넘고, 소통도 원활하며, 진심을 담아 이야기한 끝에 객실 중 하나를 항구 전망으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 이렇게 세심한 서비스는 유럽에서는 거의 찾아볼 수 없고, 중국에서도 흔치 않습니다(저는 중국에서 메리어트 플래티넘 회원인데, 그 정도면 충분하지 않을지도 모르겠네요). 호텔 레스토랑도 훌륭했습니다. 첫날 밤은 바람이 불고 비가 내려서 레스토랑에서 바로 식사를 했습니다. 세 명이 200유로도 안 돼서 관광 레스토랑보다 훨씬 편안했습니다. 추천'

'예약한 아파트형 객실에는 전자레인지와 세탁기가 있어 여행이 더욱 편리합니다. 항구와 매우 가깝고 아파트와 프런트 데스크가 같은 건물에 있지 않아 비교적 안전합니다. 하지만 아파트 문은 카드를 긁는 방식으로도 들어갈 수 있어 매우 안전합니다.'

'Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé, en plein centre-ville face au port, moderne et chaleureux, chambre superbe, excellente literie, boisson et petite attention offerte à l’arrivée ! 😍 Excellent accueil d’un personnel très sympathique et bienveillant, au petit pour la clientèle. Petit déjeuner un peu élevé mais d’une qualité irréprochable. Parking privé (30€/nuit c’est cher !) mais il faut essayer de trouver une place dans les rues alentours !! Un endroit très agréable à découvrir !'

'Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.'
