我們是坐輪渡到的徐聞，所以就就找了個地方直接住下了。現在説説優點：環境真的很好，進去就給人煥然一新的感覺，兩個卧室住着也很方便，洗手間是乾濕分離的，空調也很給力，房間裏有各種小孩子的玩具，還有挖沙工具，小孩子特別喜歡。小區環境也很好，推開窗户，風景也很美。下來説説不足之處：其一、由於屋子是新的，所以應該是有裝修的味道的，不過因為店家用了香薰，所以是聞不出來的，所以如果帶着孩子建議作為短暫停留。其二、停車的地下室離住的地方還有一段路程，因為需要從地下室坐電梯到一樓，然後再走到小區的單元門，如果行李非常多要謹慎考慮。

房間説實話性價比還是不錯的，因為颱風滯留到徐聞，很容易就找的到，房間也對得起價錢！但是老闆的服務我覺得有待提高，先不説説話一直是趾高氣昂的口氣，你寬帶不繳費，電視看不了，我們等颱風長者怎麼打發時間，對你來説是小事，對家庭來説不給父母安排好就是大事！你説退20，就好好道歉表示心意，一口我故意想佔你便宜的口氣，況且自己都説出來了又不捨得給，等人家主動跟你要嗎？最後咱也沒要這錢，丟不起這人！ 對了，這家不是免費停車，寫的免費停車又説10月後不免費，最後還是跟攜程要出來的！ 總體不想被氣死就住吧！
