Welcome to Just For Fun! This well-appointed carriage house is ideally located across from the Westside Pool (the largest pool in Seaside) and a short 3 min walk to Odessa Beach Access. Located at the end of a dead-end street which borders Watercolor, adding to a private atmosphere.
Just for Fun Carriage House offers all the amenities of a larger Seaside home - 2 full baths, full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, living room, dining area, and outdoor dining on a private porch. You won't find anything else like this in Seaside! Start your day at the beach, stroll up to the pool, and arrive back home in time for lunch and afternoon naps. Finish the day with another swim at the Westside pool, sunset on the beach, and then grab dinner at the Seaside Food Trucks.

Want some extra space? Ask about adding the private main house with sleeping for 8 to your stay. The main house and carriage house are rented separately, and there is a high likelihood another guest with a pet will be in the main house during your stay.
Rules and Regulations
Check-In / Check-Out Times. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM (CST). Check-out time is
10:00AM (CST). Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.

Payment of Rent. The balance of the total booking charges is due thirty (30) days
prior to the Check-In date. For stays longer than 21 days the balance of the rental fee
is due sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date. We accept electronic checks for no
additional fee and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
Your payment method on file will be charged the week the final balance is due, and you
will receive payment confirmation via email once it is processed. If you would like to
pay your final balance with a different payment method, please contact the
Property Manager for alternative payment arrangements. prior to the payment
due date as listed previously in the Reservation Payment
Cancellations and Changes Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying
the Property Manager in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check-In

your reservation upon the receipt of your deposit and signed Rental Subject to
availability for maintenance, owner usage, or other issues that may render the
accommodations unsuitable for rental, and/or subject to the property remaining as a
Property Manager accommodation at the time of the stay, guests will be placed in the
specific unit set forth in their Agreement, or otherwise provided with a full refund or an
opportunity to stay in an equivalently priced accommodation if available. Notwithstanding the Property Managers’ efforts, if the specific unit reserved is
unavailable for any reason, guests will be limited to a full refund or similar
accommodation at their election. In no event will the Property Manager be responsible
for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, fees or other consequential damages
resulting from the unavailability of a specific accommodation.
Pets. We are happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at our dog friendly homes
