We overlook Dragonfly Park's lily pond. Nestle into the oversized swing bed on the screened porch with a cup of coffee or a good book ... float in the gentle beach breeze and be serenaded by a morning chorus of birds or a magical evening symphony of frogs. A large Blackstone grill, seating area, and outdoor shower are located at the rear of the home. Our corner of WaterColor is uniquely situated so that there is no through-traffic in the area, allowing peace of mind for families with children. Across the street, the beautiful Dragonfly Park pool features a bejeweled waterfall, an enormous outdoor kitchen and fireplace, and outdoor showers. And just a few paces from your front door are the wide-open lawns of the Park, a haven for children to run free, play, or set up a lemonade stand and meet their neighbors. Bicycling is our favorite entertainment, and four bicycles are included with your rental at no extra charge because we don't want you to miss this delightful experience. Miles of nature trails lace the 500-acre resort, and the Beach Club, 9 delightful pools, grassy parks, and the renowned WaterColor flower gardens make great biking destinations. A unique feature of WaterColor is that it's bounded to the west by Grayton Beach State Park and to the north by Point Washington State Forest. With 3-mile, 5-mile, and 10-mile trail loops, you will almost always have these protected preserves entirely to yourself. For even more fun, a 19-mile paved bike path parallels the entire length of scenic 30A and passes through all of its famous beach communities.
