It is located in a peaceful neighborhood between the 17th & 18th holes on the Ocean Winds Golf Course. This golf course cottage is in pristine condition. Beach access is a short bike ride, and the Clubhouse is just down the fairway. The ocean breezes and sounds can be heard from the expansive screened back porch. This adorable villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, updated and renovated en suite bathroom, desk for workspace and a television with Roku streaming for relaxing . Patio doors give you direct access to the screened porch and sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a television also equipped with Roku streaming. The second bathroom is completely renovated and is located off the hallway just outside the second bedroom. The living room area has plenty of seating and consists of a two-piece sectional and two other lounge chairs. The sofa does include a sleeper sofa for two, if needed. There is a huge HDTV TV with Xfinity Channels and Roku streaming and High Speed Internet throughout. The dining area has seating for 6 and is located just outside of the kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen has been renovated and includes granite countertops, designer cabinets, glass tile accents and updated fixtures. The kitchen features stainless appliances to include refrigerator with water and ice, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs to create fabulous home cooked meals. There is a gas grill located off the front porch for all of your grilling needs. There is also a full size washer and dryer for our guests’ convenience. From the shaded, oversized screened porch, you can enjoy a secluded view of the 17th Green or the 18th Tee Box of the Ocean Winds Golf Course while feeling the ocean breezes or listening to the ocean sounds nearby. The view is absolutely spectacular from here. There is a large seating area for visiting or gaming as well as a dinette set on the screened porch for your enjoyment. Amenity cards are available for purchase for daily ($50) or weekly ($300) in season rates to give you access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities to include the outdoor pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island Club restaurant/bar, fitness center, golf and tennis. The Lake House facility has a large, well-equipped fitness center and indoor swimming pool. There are additional fees for golf, tennis and fitness center use. There are different rates for the off-season from Nov 1 - Mar 1. The owner requires adherence to the neighborhood rules and no loud parties as to create a nuisance for neighbors. Also there is no smoking permitted in or around this house. There are two provided parking spots in front of the unit. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please crate your dog while gone if they are not properly trained. All pets must be house trained. If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to mark that when you are booking. Two gate passes are provided with rentals one week or more. One gate pass provided for rentals less than one week. There will be an additional fee of $40 for another gate pass. Maximum 2 passes.
