Although the room was clean and warm it was nothing like the ads. The room was small, the door had no spy hole and the bathroom door opened outwards. The bar had very unusual closing times, if it was quiet it would close at 10.00pm instead of the adverts 11.00pm, even for residents.

酒店應該是有幾十年的歷史了，樓梯包括門牆都是木頭的，環境還是比較乾淨的。雙床的空間比較大，可以放蠻多東西的，在這訂了有一個多月了。

Discusting The room was disgusting there was ppl smoking **** in there rooms uvcould smell it there was mould all in bathroom we was kept up all night with a couple fighting an crying i have a recording widows was borded up blood on walls the pictures on advertised page was deffo not the same as place wen we got there i asked for refund as it was a disgrace an was told no id never go there again an id tell others not to pay what thay charge im very very dissatisfied an upset it was very traumatising

Good price Nice place clean staff are friendly, could do with a revamp as had trouble with the shower. Over all it was good price, comfortable beds

This hotel could not be much worse. I was not very happy staying at this hotel. The door to my room for the night was very scratched. Some of the wallpaper in the room was peeling. The hot water tap in the en-suite bathroom sink was falling off. I slept in my clothes because I was not sure how clean the bedding was. I was told before I went upstairs that breakfast would only be a continental breakfast because they were having work done in their kitchen. I did not go downstairs for breakfast. I think that this may be a hotel for the homeless or for immigrants. I will NOT choose this hotel if I ever go to Scunthorpe again.

One night Friendly welcome, but room was very tired, paper torn on wall, stain ylunder rim of toliet, bathroom, mark round toliet stand, marks round tokes in shower/bath. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. It needs a overall. This is a excellent area for bath hall.. pub is lovley. But not the rooms. We spoke to others that had same experience.
