RoccaSeta Dimore Siciliane

RoccaSeta provided for my family and I the perfect retreat after our days of travel, sightseeing and time spent on the nearby beach in Sampieri. During our vacation between 6th and 18th July 2025, we stayed in rooms 11 ‘Biancolinnaa’ and 12 ‘Moresca’ that benefitted from a private terrace with vistas out to sea about 2km away. Both rooms were very comfortable, each with ensuite, large double bed, spaces for hanging and storing clothes, a fridge and television (although we never actually used the television in either room). Each room was also fitted with much needed air conditioning. Our rooms were kept immaculately clean with daily servicing and replenishment of complimentary water and bathroom amenities. Our host, Cinzia provided us with plenty of useful information on places of interest and recommended restaurants in advance of our arrival via a very intuitive App. This greatly assisted us with making the most of our time in Sicily and ensured at some of the busier restaurants recommended, we always had a table at which to dine. On arrival, Cinzia took time to greet us in person, show us to our rooms and explain all that was needed to be known for our stay to be enjoyable and for us to make the most of the facilities on offer. Throughout our stay nothing was every too much trouble for Cinzia, who took time to ensure all guests were enjoying their stay, exchange pleasantries and to assist with booking restaurants, any queries etc, every time with a smile and upmost professionalism. Coffee and tea of various types were available throughout the day from the comfortable terraced lounge in which breakfast (included), lunch and evening meals (additional) were served as a buffet. Breakfast each day was a delight (courtesy of Signora Ombretta who is an excellent cook), with us particularly enjoying the homemade omelettes, baked on premises pastries and cakes, and fresh watermelon, whilst looking out to the distant sea. We ate lunch and evening meal on the first full day of our stay; both meals were excellent with fresh delicious typical Sicilian food. The buffets were plentiful and casual, with those partaking taking food in their own way for consumption on the terrace. All staff serving were prompt, attentive and genuinely charming. We enjoyed time at the infinity pool framed on three sides by sun loungers and parasols with again, views out to the distant sea from the infinity edge. RoccaSeta was perfect for us. We love authentic architecture, cuisine, and the company of people who share our passions. RoccaSeta is a lovely blend of rustic and subtle, understated luxury. Unlike some hotels, there are no signs mandating behaviours, spelling out rules etc. We found guests of RoccaSeta appreciated the surroundings and took care to ensure everyone enjoyed the peace, privacy and tranquillity this beautiful place has to offer. Thank you Cinzia, thank you RoccaSeta, we had a wonderful time and for sure will return one day in the future.

I travel a lot and this place is fabulous. Quiet location. Amazing views and outlook. Wonderful food. The owners created their dream and we shared in it. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They were so helpful and kind. Many recommended local places to visit.

Certain places are special, Roccaseta under the attentive eye and care of Cinzia is one of these places. Rooms are comfortable, the property is very well kept, the breakfast selection particularly curated with emphasis on local products and a good selection even for vegetarians. Even the choice of the music in the lounge is curated with a mix of jazz, pop, and traditional Italian tunes. Yet, most impressive of location, ambience and good is the service, the care that Cinzia and her team put in making guests feel welcome. Wonderful experience!

Cintia and her staff are gracious hosts. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated and all the details were planned out. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is varied and generous. There are many places to relax and sit around the pool and gardens. It’s within driving distance of beautiful towns, beaches and stunning vistas. Do visit Gli Aroma for lunch and a tour with the charming Enrico. Calabistrot by the beach in Sampieri is a lovely place to have dinner. We were a large group of friends travelling together and everyone felt that this is one of the best accommodations we have had anywhere in the world. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Grazie, Cintia!

A perfect experience Never in my life have I had a similar and such a perfect experience of accommodation and everything related to it. The inn's staff was extremely helpful and exceptionally nice to the guests. The rooms and facilities in the area were finished to the last detail and put in as perfect condition as it could ever be. I can't say anything about the yard and the pool area other than that I fell in love with it! All the food was homemade and made from fresh ingredients. Great place to rest&relax ! Täydellinen kokemus En koskaan eläessäni ole saanut vastaavaa ja näin täydellistä kokemusta majoittumisesta ja kaikesta siihen liittyvästä. Majapaikan henkilökunta oli erinoamisen palvelualtista sekä ihan poikkeuksellisen mukavaa vieraille. Huoneet ja tilat alueella olivat viimeisen päällä viimeisteltyjä ja laitettu niin täydelliseen kuntoon, kuin ikinä voi olla. Pihasta ja allas-alueesta en voi todeta mitenkään muuten, kuin että rakastunut siihen! Kaikki ruuat oli itse tehtyjä ja tuoreista aineista. Suomeksi kokemuksen voi tiivistää siten, että hattu päästä 10+ suoritus!

Se siete dei viaggiatori in cerca di relax e quiete, lasciatevi sorprendere da questo piccolo hotel e da tutto ciò che lo circonda. Ogni angolo e' una scoperta, ogni dettaglio e' stato sapientemente pensato dai proprietari della struttura, Cinzia, Dario ed Adriano, per allietare il vostro soggiorno, ogni scorcio del giardino e della piscina saranno una gioia per i vostri occhi. In questo luogo potrete staccare la spina e godere appieno della vostra vacanza di relax. E come se non bastasse, la dolce e solare Ombretta vi delizierà con le sue colazioni e, se vorrete, con pranzi e cene all'insegna della genuinità. Infine, Maria è Loretta si prenderanno amorevolmente cura della vostra camera soddisfando ogni vostra esigenza. Il tutto immerso nella campagna di Scicli, ad un passo dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sampieri e dai luoghi resi celebri da Camilleri. Da non perdere.
