파크호텔 플라우엔(Parkhotel Plauen)

They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too.

Although my wife and I have stayed at this hotel previously (nice rooms, good restaurant), this time was a disaster. I needed to have early breakfast at 6:30 (the advertised start-time) as I had planned to check-out at 7:30 for an important appoin**ent. Not only was the breakfast room dark (with no light switch) but there was no one at Reception and no tables set or food already brought out. Another hotel employee (i.e. not associated with breakfast) turned up at 7:25 and started to set up the breakfast room but this was without explanation or apology for the delay of almost 1 hour. I duly checked out and requested that the Management should contact me as regards settlement of the bill for my overnight stay (having given my credit card details as a "booking guarantee") When I returned home, I found an email informing me that my credit card had been charged (as it happens with an inflated amount) which was without my authority, in fact contrary to my explicit instructions. The sender again offered no apology and discourteously wrote to me with the female form of address (in German) despite the self-evident fact that I am and always have been male. This hotel with its ill-mannered, dilatory staff is to be avoided.

2 day trip to this town and hotel. Booked hotel with breakfast for the duration. Fish restaurant closed for no reason, breakfast one day ok, second day reduced to just scrambled eggs, stail bread and a bowl of cold fruit cubes that spend definitely 2 days in the cooler. To be honest. disgustingly so. Since the fridge in the room only contained bottles of booze and soft drinks, we had to use the “room service”. 2 small bottles of water and a can of instant coffee the tried to chart us €28. They also mangled €9 onto the final bill for this lousy breakfast that supposedly was included. Room was ok and clean,bathroom was humongous, toilet seat loose, door lock broken with a sign” do not lock”.( how about repairing it instead?). We left disappointed and won’t be back here. Did I mention the disgusting smell of sewage or whatever it is when you enter the building? Seems normal for the operator…

Sehr serviceorientiertes Personal, schöne Zimmer, sauber. Frühstück war bei 106 Euro Zimmerrate leider nicht inkludiert aber OK. Abendessen einmal gut und einmal befriedigend von der Qualität. Bad echt sehr klein, dafür alles sehr modern. Würde wieder kommen.

Hôtel situé sur une colline à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit parking payant sur place et sinon grand parking public couvert payant à proximité. Il s’agit d’une magnifique villa de 1920. Grande chambre grande douche un bureau climatisation. Ambiance douillette. Deux salles pour le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Étagère à miel (15 casiers) : variété sympathique 😀 Seul bémol pas d’ascenseur mais large escalier. Très bon accueil. Une adresse à retenir.

Für den Parkplatz habe ich 3 € bezahlt. Die Parkplätze haben Restaurant - Gäste belegt. Ich habe mir einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen musste. Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr hellhörig. Alles Geräusche aus den Zimmern rechts/links, Gastraum, Küche und Flur waren zu hören. Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht. Ich hatte extra ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht!

Hotellet skriver att det är ac på rummen det stämmer inte, inte ens en ventilationsfläkt på toaletten, kvavt och varmt i rummet. Bra frukost och service.

Ich war privat in Plauen und wählte dies Hotel weil ich ein Zimmer reservieren konnte ohne im Vorfeld mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen ist im Zimmerpreis aber nicht enthalten auch nicht der Parkplatz.Es wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Das Bad ist sehr modern.Das Haus hat aber leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Mich hat das persönlich aber nicht gestört. Die Matratze jedoch fand ich entschieden zu weich. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Auch weil es sehr zentral liegt unweit des Zentrums von Plauen. Was ich sehr lobenswert finde ist: der Betreiber hat sich echt Gedanken gemacht in Hinsicht Pandemie. Er hat hochwertige leistungsstarke luftreiniger angeschafft die im gesamten Gebäude verteilt sind. Hygiene wird hier groß geschrieben. Preis und Leistung ist jedoch meiner Meinung nach ganz schön teuer.
