I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Upon check in I was greeted with a smug face. When I stated I’m checking in the response was “oh.” The elevators weren’t working so my disabled mother and I had to climb 8 flights of stairs and wasn’t given any assistance or even asked if I needed assistance. When I asked front desk to make a formal complaint about the elevators and for some sort of remedy I was told there is nothing they can do because mgmt is not in until the morning. I filed a formal complaint with Travelocity and the only resolution offered was for me and my disabled mother to check out. This would have caused more inconvenience because we had early morning military graduation and all day events to attend, so checking out wasn’t an option. The next day I was racially profiled, locked out of my room, accused of having someone that’s not on the reservation in my room. So I was yet again inconvenienced by having to go to the front desk to get new keys. The front desk attendants were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, the room was dated and worn, and my stay was ruined by the experiences with the hotel amenities and staff.
