To be honest, I don't understand why the reviews are all so glowing. Has the ambience of an airport hotel with the prices of a luxury five star resort. Family rooms have a poor layout. Normally for a hotel in this price range you notice little details done for the guests, but I didn't. In fact, I noticed a lot of things which had been done to make the photos look better than the reality.

The building is very modern and with large windows overlooking the wine yard. Reception is a bit understaffed, but it was low season. The room is nice (704) and well equipped, the amenities show the attention to the effort to cut waste, but not offering sleepers (unless you ask for them and pick them up at reception not only is not hygienic but… its a bit to much. Also the fact that you have to ask for a water boiler (because it’s not in the room for an impulse to diminish power consumption) it’s unusual. Restaurant and buffet are fine and the personnel is friendly. The swimming pools seem fine (we didn’t try them). The resort is ideal for families, but there is sufficient space for anyone.

Great price quality. Services and atmosfeer are what one expects. A charming hotel by and for family. The authentic experience is what it sets apart from mainstream chain hotels. The breakfast made from local products is something people come back for.

This was our second year in a row going to the Schenna resort. The location is very nice with a good view. Staff of the hotel in every part of the hotel is very friendly. We had the vinea suite which is very good equiped with comfortable beds and are cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. They have their own winery of which you buy wine in the hotel after your stay and also during dinner. The restaurant is very good with delecious food and a good variety of choices. One of the owners of the hotel does his round every day in the restaurant to greet all the guests and do some small talk which is a nice gesture to see he is really busy with his guests. Do keep in mind that German and Italian is the primary language, they do their best to speak English but this doensn''t always work out great...

Siamo appena rientrati dopo bellissima settimana ! Insieme alla mia famiglia, ho trascorso il capodanno in questo splendido albergo con enormi spazi e dal design moderno ed elegante. Camere pulite e spaziose , tutto il personale e’ professionale e gentile ( in particolare Ilaria del ricevimento, Roberto del ristorante e Melanie della zona bimbi). Ottimo il cibo con tante varietà' di pietanze. Ricca colazione con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Centro benessere perfetto per chi si vuole rilassare Ci ritorneremo sicuramente .

Siamo stati in questo resort venerdì e sabato con partenza domenica . Direi che le aspettative sono state soddisfatte : - Spa attrezzata , con piscina termale all’aperto molto suggestiva sopratutto nelle ore serali ( dalle 17,30 alle 19) - Ristorante all’altezza della struttura ; sia per quanto riguarda il menu che per quanto riguarda la gentilezza e professionalità del personale di Sala - Colazione abbondante e sopratutto anche in questo caso , molto apprezzata la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale - Camera ; ottima la climatizzazione e l’acqua ha una corretta pressione e ottima la Temperatura. Vista dalla suite perfetta per godere in pieno del paesaggio montano Unica segnalazione ; cuscini sottili non comodissimi per dormire

Resort eccellente, brunch eccezionale, personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Spa molto spaziosa e moderna. L’unico punto negativo non da sottovalutare, l’acqua della piscina non era calda, non ci siamo godute il momento di relax in acqua calda. Siamo dovute uscire subito perche faceva troppo freddo. Essendo dicembre mi aspettavo l’acqua termale fosse calda. Peccato considerando di aver pagato il dayspa per sfruttare soprattutto le piscine termali. Massaggiatrici brave.
