'Hotel is decent and I love the vibe. It has a unique design that reminds me of Boracay. The view is wonderful, the pool is one of the best in La Union, and the rooms are beautiful—honestly close to a 5-star experience. The rooms also have a work desk and complete amenities. I especially loved the lotion. I also want to say that I don’t like leaving reviews just to talk badly about people. These are really just rooms for improvement for the staff and also a caution for people booking, because I value both. I actually love this hotel and we are definitely coming back. I also really appreciated the customer service in this hotel. The guards, bell boys, and front desk staff were all good, responsive, and helpful. If I remember names, I always include them in reviews because good service deserves to be recognized. However, the restaurant service could still improve. You often have to tell them what to do before they do it. Food was fine though—decent compared to some overpriced hotels in La Union. One thing I really didn’t appreciate was being charged ₱200 for a missing teaspoon. We checked our bags thoroughly and are 100% sure we didn’t take it. It felt extremely overpriced for a teaspoon, but we just wanted to leave already, so I agreed to the charge. I’d suggest taking a video of everything in the room upon check-in and another before check-out, just to make sure you won’t get charged for any “missing” items. A few other things I noticed: I really disliked the shampoo because it dried my hair out badly. The pool water tasted like saltwater mixed with chlorine and also dried out my skin. The towels smelled strongly of bleach, which I personally didn’t appreciate, since that feels like another toxic exposure. We also occasionally noticed a septic tank smell in the bathroom—not too bad, but still noticeable. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, and we would still come back. I just hope these concerns can be improved.'

Their breakfast is so good and the staff are accommodating. Plus they're literally beach front. 🌊 If you're looking for a quiet part of San Juan, book Isla Bonita 🏖️'

'I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!'

'Our stay was average—nothing special. I wasn’t impressed with the amenities, and the pool got very crowded whenever there were many guests around. Breakfast was also just ordinary and unremarkable. As for the restaurant food, it wasn’t tasty at all and felt quite overpriced for the quality we got. That’s why we chose to go out for lunch and dinner instead.'

'We were looking for a place to stay in Bacnotan since we signed up for an aquathlon nearby, and it turns out Aberry was right next to the venue, which was perfect. The best thing about it is it’s exactly at the beach front, with a beautiful sunset view. The rooms are pretty too, and since the place is new, the staff is very accommodating. They’re still on soft opening, so some things can be worked on - no hair dryer, no room slippers, strict with the inquiring about room check after your stay, security deposit of Php2000, but otherwise it’s a lovely place. The pool is nice too.'

'꼭 다시 오고 싶어요! 숙소는 넓고 기본적인 편의시설이 모두 갖춰져 있어서 대가족, 회사 야유회, 팀 빌딩에도 아주 좋습니다. 모든 침대에 수건과 담요가 제공되었어요. 조리 공간과 넓은 식사 공간도 있고, 리조트 내에 작은 매점도 있습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고, 객실 화장실과 욕실은 물론 해변 근처 공용 화장실/샤워실까지 깨끗했어요. 해변가에는 바비큐 시설과 식사 공간도 마련되어 있습니다. 해변은 고운 모래사장으로 이루어져 있고, 사람이 많지 않아 라 유니온의 파도를 즐기기에 완벽합니다. 진정한 해변가 숙소예요. 또한, 포도 따기 체험과 와인 시음도 할 수 있는 포도밭이 아주 가까워요!'
