'We were welcomed by very friendly staff. The aroma of a fresh and lovely smelling fragrance in the foyer was a nice start. The rooms were clean and modern. Location was amazing close walking distance to Al Rouche had a beautiful sunset view. The beach restaurant was a relaxing atmosphere just sit and enjoy the water view, the food was delicious just took a long time to bring out. Drinks and Shisha in the evening was a nice way to finish off a memorable stay. Unfortunately all the pools were empty would have liked to use them. But definitely would come back and recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you to all the staff and management. ❤️'

'Always best hotel in Beirut'

'Good site , nice view , clean rooms , lovely staff , delicious food'

'I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. First of all, I don’t want to be unfair to the staff. The reception team and the valet staff were genuinely kind, respectful, and always tried to help. They deserve appreciation for their excellent attitude. However, the hotel itself was very disappointing, especially for a 5-star property. The twin room was extremely uncomfortable, and I honestly couldn’t believe this was the standard for a hotel with this rating. The shower was unbelievably small—barely enough space for one person to stand comfortably. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed for 3 days, kept the AC on the coldest setting the entire time, and the room never got cool. We were extremely uncomfortable because of the heat. We reported the problem several times, and each time we were told it had been fixed, but nothing actually changed. We ended up checking out with the issue still unresolved. The staff were great, but unfortunately the hotel’s facilities and maintenance were far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel.'

'We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.'
