'The room was reasonably big and spacious. There's a giant window that gives an okay view of Kuwait city. Cleanliness is also on par except for the fact that I found some stains on the bath robes. The another negative is that the body soap and shampoo ran out in the first night and after I asked the counter regarding it, I just got a piece of bath soap instead.'

'We enjoyed our quick check-in, excellent facilities, and the proximity to Alshaheed Park for a walk. Unfortunately, the booking does not include breakfast (it costs KD 15, almost $50 per person, so it is expensive). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.'

'I had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality of staff. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the elegant bathroom amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The location is excellent centrally situated yet pleasantly quiet offering easy access to many of Kuwait City’s key attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and business hubs. It’s ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Although my stay was short, the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel left a lasting impression. It combines 5 star service with the warmth of a boutique atmosphere a rare and wonderful combination. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait City, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit to Kuwait in the near future.'

'It's a one of the best 5 star hotels in Kuwait. I experienced very well in this hotel.'
