비에이 초 뷰 호텔

'이 호텔은 시라히게 폭포 바로 위에 위치해 있어 시라히게 폭포나 아오이케 산책을 가기에 매우 편리합니다. 이 스위트룸은 일상생활에 필요한 모든 것을 거의 다 갖추고 있습니다! 1.4m 침대 두 개가 매우 편안했고, 침대 옆 램프 등의 디자인도 매우 인간적이었습니다. 창문 앞에는 다다미가 있어 최소 두 명이 더 잘 수 있습니다. 거실에는 소파, 안마 의자, 아일랜드 식탁이 있고, 식탁 아래 캐비닛에는 냉장고와 차 세트가 있으며, 냉장고에는 다양한 무료 음료(알코올성 음료가 많음)가 있었습니다. 창밖은 온통 은빛으로 뒤덮여 있었고, 멀리 시라히게 폭포를 구경하는 관광객들이 이용하는 다리가 보였습니다. 그저 창가에 멍하니 앉아 풍경을 감상하는 것만으로도 즐거웠습니다. 아오이케 산책을 갔던 날은 마침 맑은 날이었는데, 아오이케는 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도로 아름다웠고, 다이세쓰산도 그 진정한 모습을 드러냈습니다. 평화로운 시간이라는 것이 이런 것이 아닐까 싶습니다. 인생은 이런 아름다운 곳에서 낭비되어야 합니다! 호텔의 아침과 저녁 식사는 매우 풍성했습니다! 정성이 가득했고, 다 먹을 수 없을 정도였습니다. 온천도 매우 편안했습니다. 서비스는 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 호텔 사장님은 버스가 도착했을 때 허리를 굽혀 인사했고, 버스가 떠날 때는 우리 시야에서 사라질 때까지 계속 손을 흔들어 주셨습니다. 유일하게 개선이 필요한 점은 소파 등받이에 큰 얼룩이 있었는데, 볼 때마다 마음이 불편했습니다. 비에이 마을은 동화처럼 아름다웠습니다. 참고: 현재 아사히카와에서 매일 13:00에 한 대의 버스만 픽업 서비스(아사히카와 JR 버스 1번 승강장)를 제공하며, 약 30분 후에 비에이를 지나갑니다. 호텔에서는 매일 9:40에 한 대의 버스만 비에이와 아사히카와로 출발합니다. 그리고 왕복 1회 서비스만 이용할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 제가 2박을 한다면 둘째 날 이 버스를 타고 비에이를 둘러보고 싶어도 셋째 날 돌아올 때는 이 기회를 놓치게 됩니다. 가는 길에는 하루 전에 트립닷컴 고객센터에 버스 예약을 부탁했습니다. 돌아오는 길에도 트립닷컴 고객센터에 예약을 부탁했는데, 이미 만석이라고 했습니다. 하지만 실제로는 만석이 아니었고, 제가 직접 프런트에 다시 예약했습니다.'

'비에이에 갔을 때 눈이 엄청 와서 정말 좋은 추억을 갖고 왔습니다. 시설은 조금 낡은 감이 있고 2층이라 작은 느낌이지만 매우 편하고 아늑하게 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 특히 조식이 매우 정성스럽고 맛있어서 집밥 먹는 기분이었어요. 친절한 응대는 기본이고 역이랑 비에이 마을을 돌아보기에도 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 렌터카로 갔는데 주차장도 건물 바로 옆에 있어서 매우 편했어요. 다음에 비에이 갈 일이 있으면 꼭 다시 갈게요!'

'들어오자마자 신발을 벗고 실내를 돌아다니는데, 바닥이 정말 깨끗하다는 것을 느낄 수 있었어요. 방에 개인 노천탕이 있어서, 한겨울에 눈 내리는 풍경을 보면서 온천을 즐기는 특별한 경험을 했습니다. 저녁 식사와 아침 식사 모두 맛있었고, 모든 직원분들이 손님들을 정말 정성껏 응대해주셔서 이번 숙박 경험이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 시라히게 폭포까지도 매우 가까워서 걸어서 10분이면 도착할 수 있어요. 위치가 정말 좋습니다.'

'이번 홋카이도 여행에서 가장 좋았던 호텔이에요. 특히 저녁 식사가 정말 정말 정말 맛있었고, 정성껏 준비한 요리들이 인상 깊었습니다. 참고로, 호텔 셔틀버스는 며칠 전에 전화나 이메일로 예약할 수 있습니다. 아사히카와 역에서 호텔까지 가는 버스는 오전 11시에 출발하며, 아사히카와 역에서 도보 5분 거리에 있는 스테이션 호텔 앞에서 탑승합니다. 한 시간 동안의 이동 중에는 기사님이 친절하게 길가의 풍경을 설명해주셨고, 외로운 크리스마스 나무와 시키사이노오카(사계절의 언덕)를 지나쳤습니다 (내려서 사진을 찍을 수는 없고, 차 안에서 눈으로 보고 사진을 찍을 수 있습니다).'

'처음 방문했을때 기억이 좋아서 두번째 방문했습니다. 601호에 묵었고 룸컨디션 은 여전히 좋았습니다. 지난번과 같은 룸으로 배정되서 반대쪽 뷰 로 룸 변경 요청했으나 예약 만료의 사유로 변경하지 못했습니다. 조식은 시간을 못 맞춰서 이용하지 못했고, 대욕탕 및 석식뷔페는 개인차가 있으나 나쁘지 않았습니다. 이전과는 다르게 프론트와 식당에 동남아 직원들이 있었는데 접객는 보통 수준이었습니다. 청의 호수 야간 버스 투어(현장 예약필수) 이용했고 밤 산책하기 좋았습니다.'

'Comfy futon and convenient location to drive to town. Only downside was the shared bathroom (no baths after 10pm) and as rooms were on the second floor, luggages will have to be climbed up a flight of steps. Otherwise pleasant stay with friendly couple owners who live next door.'

'This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.'

'Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.'

'매우 아름다운 숙박 환경, 주인의 의도는 세부 사항에서 볼 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 아침 식사는 서양식이며 홋카이도 우유는 맛있었습니다. 켄앤 메리 (Ken & Mary) 나무 바로 옆에있는 메이 롱 역 (Meilong Station)으로 30 분 동안 걸어가 택시를 970 엔에 타고 도로에서 첫 번째 정거장을 위해 싸우십시오. 이틀 동안 머무르면서 첫날은 후라노에서 배꼽을 제공하기 때문에 후라노로 달려갔습니다. 행사가 끝난 후 마지막 JR 차량을 미국으로 가져 왔습니다. 출발하기 전에 집주인에게 밤에 택시를 부르는 방법에 대해 문의하십시오. 집주인은 차가없는 경우 팡 씨에게 전화하여 픽업을 할 수 있다고 말했습니다. 예기치 않게 밤에 역을 떠난 후에도 역 밖에서 기다리는 택시가 여전히 많습니다. 매우 즐겁습니다. 마지막 날, 택시를 타고 아사히카와 공항으로 가면 요금은 3,130 엔이며 허용됩니다.'

'We had such a lovely stay at Villa Shion Biei. It’s not a hotel, but a beautiful private house, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and special. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, especially with all the snow. It felt like staying in a peaceful winter wonderland, and we had so much fun playing in the snow right outside the house. Everything was well-prepared, and the stay felt very private and homely. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to enjoy the snow and nature in Biei.'
