'The breakfast was good enough. The location is close to almost everything and the staffs were great! They had a pool with a slide and it looked fun but we didn’t go because it was cold for us.'

'Pros: EV Charging: Great to find third-party L2 chargers on-site ($2/hr, added about 40km range per hour). Very convenient for EV owners. Cleanliness: The main room area was generally clean and well-maintained. Cons: Housekeeping Fail: When preparing the sofa bed, I found the provided bedsheet had a massive hole right in the middle. I tried calling guest services multiple times but no one answered. I eventually had to hunt down a housekeeping staff member in the hallway to get a fresh sheet. Breakfast Frustration: My booking clearly included breakfast for myself and my two children. However, the restaurant staff insisted it was only for two people and made me go to the front desk to resolve it myself. It was an awkward and unnecessary hassle during a family trip. Tipping Pressure: After the breakfast confusion and mediocre food quality, being presented with a $0 receipt that explicitly prompts for tips felt like a cash grab. Verdict: While the hardware (charging, cleanliness) is decent, the service and communication between the front desk and the restaurant need major improvement. I shouldn't have to ”prove” my booking status or chase staff for basic linens.'
