가격과 비교해, 대체로 만족스러운 호텔이었다. 숙박뿐만 아니라 각종 투어나 버스 준비, 식사까지 제공하고 있는 충분한 서비스였다. 친절한 스탭으로, 투어나 현지의 상세를 여러가지 가르쳐 주었다. 소우라하까지는 버스로 왔지만, 걸어서 20분 정도 걸리는 버스 정류장까지 환영도 해주었다. 방은 청결감이 있었다. 온수가 나오지 않았지만 더운 시기였기 때문에 특히 지장이 없었다. 스탭에게 지적하면 대응해 주었을지도 모른다. 에어컨이 붙어 있었다. 번화가에서 몇 분 걸어가는 한밤중이라면 약간 외로운 곳에 위치하고 있지만 뭐 허용 범위라고 생각한다.

I arrived at the resort via a package deal that I purchased through get your guide. I think it would have been cheaper to book the package through an agency in Pokhara or Kathmandu rather than online like I did, but that is the only real downside I have to report! The resort itself is beautiful with a very nice courtyard and amazing staff. The food was a nice mix of traditional Nepalese cuisine one day with more North American type food the next day. The package included a walk, a canoe ride and a jeep safari which were all led by the same guide from the resort and I enjoyed the variety. Overall I had an amazing time here and would recommend to anyone visiting Chitwan!

I was disappointed with my stay and felt like my business was not appreciated. The resort was aware of power outages and did not inform, warm or compensate for the lack of power. Often the power was out for hours when it was 39 degrees!! It was unbearable!! I was aware of the heat before arriving and made sure the resort would have a/c. I felt cheated! I also was not impressed with the jeep tour. We were crammed into a jeep with other guests from the hotel for 4.5 hours. The guide was knowledgeable but did not try to make any connections with anyone. The canoeing was enjoyable as was the walk, but perhaps it was the wrong time of day to walk. 4 - 6 pm was quite hot for walking. The staff were kind and helpful - in particular the servers. Although I didn't feel they gave enough care for the heat exhaustion we felt when the a/c was out for hours. Invest in a decent generator! Treat your staff better so they can show joy for working for you. Offer cold drinks when the a/c isn't working. Take 2 jeeps, so that your guests can enjoy the jeep safari tour. Ask your guests what kind of food they would like. Get some bikes that guests can rent or borrow. Give service that makes me want to recommend you! Good luck Rainbow!

Stayed at Rainbow Safari Resort for 3 days to explore Chitwan- the place is clean, the staff are lovely and the food is excellent. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy - and even arranged an additional safari for us on our last day! Highly recommended! Be prepared for the standard power cuts

We had the best experience in Chitwan at the Rainbow Resort! The owner, Ramesh, was really friendly. His cousin in Kathmandu arranged the visit for us. Especially the guides and all the restort's staff were really helpful, day and night! The rooms and surroundings are amazing, a must go!

Great stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Staff are very good and the food is excellent Clean and tidy. Really convenient for visiting Chitwan national park - literally walk to the start entrance to the park
