酒店老闆應該去中國參觀過酒店，酒店裝修完全是中國的連鎖酒店風格，不過衹是學到皮毛，沒有學到精髓，還有很多細節需要改進。當然房間非常乾淨，應該比較閤中國人的胃口。特別要點讚的是服務，服務太棒了，餐飲也很好吃，還帶我們去遊覽了森林公園，這次尼泊爾之行就是這個酒店最滿意！

We had the best stay at Aikawa, I can only recommend this hotel. It is new and modern and has to be the best hotel in Sauraha. From the first moment we arrived we were so well taken care of. We got an upgrade to a beautiful suite which has a fantastic layout and is just really well thought through. It has a huge bath tub as well as a rain shower and modern, high quality furniture. The pool on level 1 is so inviting and they will bring towels and even drinking water to the lounge chair. The garden has just been completed and offers a bar with a lounge area, table tennis, basketball or volleyball (can't remember which). There is also a spa which we didn't use though as we were too busy. The restaurant was really good and true to the hotels name I had sushi which was really fantastic. Tours can be booked as well. On a side note, our jeep tour of Chitwan national park was quite disappointing because we didn't see many animals and the tour guide (who was not the hotel's tour guide) was only speaking in Hindu to the Indian tourist but of course that wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff is probably the best thing about the hotel, they were so friendly and welcoming. Especially concierge Milan went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay, he even went to the elephant breeding centre with us, which we truly enjoyed - much better than the jeep safari. Overall we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was a memorable stay for us.

I recently visited at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The views are breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. General Manager Mr. Bikas Rana welcome us with very beautiful smile. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. Miss Sharmila escorts and show me around the hotel property. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to suit every palate. Mr. Krishna F&B manager recommend me to try Thai chicken griiled which was absolutely yummy.The swimming pool and wellness center are top-notch, providing excellent facilities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Mr. Bikash Rana a General Manager makes our trip so very wonderful and lovely, I found so much of Leadership from him. "The Aikwa Hotel exceeded all of my expectations during my recent visit to Chitwan. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The welcome, the welcome drinks and the smile they provided was amazing and best ever I had in my life... Every staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, they all treat me so very sound and perfect. Ms. Kabita Chaudhary a restaurant Captain provide us best service with amazing 360° smile. Much appreciated to Ms. Kabita Chaudhary. Thank you Mr. Ramesh Shrestha for yummy yummy food, haven't meet you personally but i am so impressed with you by food which your team made for us. Amazing 4 nights at Aikawa! Loved our stay throughly, special thanks to Milan and Asmir for being so helpful and friendly ! We will def come again 🤍 Follador in the bar was just cherry on top ! Would love to see more world class wine and champagne selection in future

The rooms are all very nice and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The chairs and bed in the suite are so comfortable, a complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch too. Went in January so it wasn’t an ideal temperature to use the pool but it’s a very nice place to relax and they are currently renovating their garden space, which should be nice when it opens shortly. Perfect location for safari activities as it is right on the border of the national park.
