Just a nice place with all the comforts of home. Very centrally located in the Saugerties (3 miles), Kingston (5 miles), and Woodstock (10 miles) area. New kitchen with everything you should need. Comfortable living room, WIFI, NETFLIX, HULU. Smart TV's in living room & all bedrooms. Bedrooms have all new memory foam mattress. Laundry area with supplies available. Large deck with table & chairs and BBQ grill for outdoor enjoyment. Wonderful stay!! We had such a lovely stay. The house comfortable, clean and has everything you could possibly need. Barb is a wonderful host! Highly recommended and we will be back next year!

Clean house but would NOT stay again! House was very clean but it was never disclosed that there was a very LOUD train was right next to the house that ran MULTIPLE times in the Day & Night. Kept us awake at night and was so close it made the house shake. Owner also lives right next door and keeps tabs on you so you feel like privacy is limited. The house itself had everything you need for cooking and amenities tho.

Cozy Home The home was very cozy. The owner lives nearby and was quick to respond to questions. House was VERY clean and kitchen fully stocked with anything and everything we needed. Even had a few Ziploc bags we ended up needing and using. Nice deck outside with a table and chairs for meals outside. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Stairs are a bit steep so anyone with mobility issues may have problems with the steps. Beds were comfortable. The house is within close proximity of the train crossing and that presented some issues with sleeping for my daughter who is a light sleeper.
