Amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected. 2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed and day bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Celebrating our daughters 15th birthday We had a wonderful time. My husband was able to reminisce about his vacations when he was younger. He was able to share memories with his kids. As well as us starting new memories with them. Looking to book a full week next year!

Beautiful Location The proximity of the ocean to your door is an amazing thing. Beautiful view and to sit on porch and listen to that ocean roar is so relaxing. Loved that the Dunkin Donuts was right across the street. The place was very clean too. The only cons were the barking dogs at all times in other units, which is not the fault of this owner. The unit needs a fresh coat of paint and the beds are very firm. For the price I think the unit is fine, just needs a little attention. The view and the roar of ocean cancels out anything negative, even loss of sleep!!
