The port of Sassnitz is located in the northeast of the island of Rügen and is ideal for exploring the island. For cyclist and walkers to the famous chalk cliffs and the National Park Jasmund with its impressive beech forests begins just 1000m from the property.
The stunning sandy beach of the seaside resorts, there are also a few kilometers. Here, you benefit from excellent public transport connections to the city Sassnitz by train or car.
Your accommodation with a size of 72 m² has a private entrance, is distributed to living / dining area, separate fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and bathroom with shower / WC. The kitchen has 2 hobs, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and equipment for 5 persons.
The apartment is perfectly designed for 4 people, maximum can be 5 persons accommodated. A travel cot for very young children is available for free if necessary.
The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished and offers in the tranquil setting absolute recovery. Should you nevertheless need to be missing something are your landlord locally.
For the physical well in the vicinity provide you many Café's and restaurants on the beach promenade, provided you do not want to cook the fresh fish from a boat in the property itself.
Your home has a parking space at the house. If you arrive by train it is only 400 meters from the railway station to the accommodation.
The arrival is flexible from Monday to Friday from 16 pm, for other arrival times please contact by phone before booking.

sehr ruhig und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
Nach kurzen Eingewöhnungsthemen (der Schrank war etwas hoch und wir mussten uns erst zurechtfinden) hat es uns alles in allem gut gefallen. Familie Harms ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung (Anbau am Haus) liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was uns entgegen kam.

Sehr schön
Die Unterkunft war super, sehr schön aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, dadurch ist es noch entspannter. Es waren bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Der Weg bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nicht weit und bis zur Mole auch nicht. Wir haben die Zeit richtig genossen. Und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft
Unterkunft super. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Sitzplätze auch außerhalb. Nicht auf allen Links von fewo-direkt wurde kommuniziert, dass Bettwäsche optional ist und Handtücher nicht dazu gebucht werden können.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Eine sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.
Komplett eingerichtete Küche, großer Wohnraum mit Esstisch und Sofagarnitur.
2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und genügend Stauraum in den Schränken.
Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Sassnitz.

Ferienwohnung
In dieser Ferienwohnung sind einige Sachen reparierbedürftig, Gardinenstangen in den Schlafzimmer, Jalousien teilweise kaputt. Bettdecken und Matratzenschoner fleckig.
Ansonsten war es okay.

Familienurlaub
Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Fußmarsch ca 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung selbst leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten solala, Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern nur halbfunktionierende Innenjalousinen. In Sassnitz kann man viele schöne Ecken erkunden. Am Steilufer kann man etwas abenteuerlich unterwegs sein, aber mit Vorsicht zwecks der Abbrüche! Alles in allem war alles okay.

In Ordnung
Lage und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, guter Grundriss und genügend Platz, Sauberkeit lässt hier und da zu wünschen übrig (Überlauf des Waschbeckens nicht sauber, viele Spinnenweben). Matratzen sollten in absehbarer Zeit gewechselt werden, Gardinenstangen und Innenrollo an der Haustür ebenso. Ruhige Lage, Parken direkt am Haus möglich.
