This apartment, designed for 2 people only, was completely renovated during the first half of 2019: modern and old materials (old fireplace, moldings on the ceiling, cement tiles, stone ...) now rub shoulders. A 1-minute walk from the Maison de la Boétie and the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral, this 66 m2 suite and its planted and furnished terrace of 29 m2 facing south / southeast, immerse you in a chic and refined atmosphere. One of the few apartments with a spacious terrace, in the heart of the medieval center of Sarlat, known for having a high density of listed historic monuments. Mandatory cleaning fee € 60 to be paid on site. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUITE This beautiful 66 m2 apartment completely renovated in 2019 is located on the 1st floor of a 19th century stone building. This suite is accessible from its private terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances opens on one side to the air-conditioned living room with molded ceilings and period fireplace and on the other to a small 6 m2 reading / rest area set up in a canopy. The latter offers a view of a second terrace not accessible from this apartment as well as of beautiful stone buildings. The spacious bedroom overlooks a charming bathroom with a walk-in stone shower and above-ground bathtub (the toilets are independent, insulated by a partition). An oak parquet floor renovated and laid in the respect of tradition covers the entire surface of the apartment. The owners have chosen to design an apartment with neat decoration, full of charm, spacious and functional for 2 people only.
