I stayed at this location for five nights and my room was only turned over once. That’s not the end of the world, however, I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh washcloths, shampoo, and toilet paper everyday.
Beyond that the towels were so old, stained, or just straight dirty. The first day I arrived I went down to the lobby to get fresh towels so I could shower after traveling and the “new” towels were worse than the originals. Hair on the towel and dust/dirt on the edges. The washcloths were equivalent to a rag I would use to wash my car or do dusting around the house. Every time I went down to get new linens or supplies the front desk workers were annoyed by my request or when I mentioned that my room wasn’t cleaned that day o would just get a blank stare. One evening the front desk attendant just said the towels aren’t ready and had nothing to give me….this was at 11:00 PM so I had to make do with the one clean hand towel I had left from the previous day.
It was my understanding that one of the house cleaners called out or something, which I understand but the fact that I had to go to the lobby daily to retrieve dirty towels for my use was frustrating.
The bathroom was dirty, fixtures were rusty, and don’t look too close at the flooring in the bedroom as there are clumps of paint barely being covered by the beds.
I would rather sleep in my rental car next time. I wasn’t expecting a five star stay but still left extremely disappointed.
