Yacht Premium Hotel

Hotel with good facilities. Modern. Great design Reception staff very unfriendly. Unbelievable that they called the room at 10.30 to say that we had to leave at 11. When I was about to answer, they rudely hung up the phone. I travel all over the world and this has never happened to me. Very unpolite and unpleasant. Perfectly admissible if they were 11. This is a lack of education Another bad thing is the location. Although it is right on the sea, for those who come by car, getting to the Hotel is a real nightmare. Horrible traffic. One-way streets with poorly parked cars. Anywhere you come from, you have to go through the entire city with horrible traffic. The location is excellent for those coming by boat. The hotel is literally on top of Port. If you come by car, choose another hotel A good thing is the parking (although small) in the hotel building itself. The room is excellent. large and comfortable. Great bathroom. Good balcony on top of the Port with beautiful views of the sea Poor breakfast. Limited choices. Once again (with the exception of a nice girl) the service is extremely cold and unfriendly. In short: Modern hotel, very good room,great design, terrible and unpleasant service. Bad location for those coming by car

We took the ferry from Corfu and used Saranda for a 2-night, 3-day tour of Albania. This hotel was so convenient to the ferry terminal, and an easy walk from the tourist area without being in the midst of the hubbub. It was of a good standard, with nice finishes, comfortable bed, and beautiful view. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, as was one dinner. We found the on-site staff to be warm, kind, and helpful. One area for improvement would be pre-arrival communication. They were responsive, but need to work on a friendlier, more customer-service oriented, less brusque communicative style.
