First, the check in was terrible. No front desk at all to assist. As a foreigner the check in was a terrible experience. It asks you to create an account and submit passport information. This place IS NOT a hotel even though I booked it through ********** this place is an apartment. Second. Once in the room I noticed the air conditioner was not working so we spent two hot nights with windows open to have some air. The traffic outside was so bad it was really difficult to sleep more than 20 min at a time because of noise. Also, the bathroom toilet was not flushing at all! I tried to contact the “service” through the phone via text and call but no answer with all attempts! I highly recommend NOT staying here or you will have the worst experience and waste your money.

A unica coisa negativa foi que a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. A região tem muita pessoa em situacao de rua mas é uma excelente localizacao. Me hospedaria mais vezes.
