This is quite of a tough review for me to write. The location was absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful. However, there were a few things which spoiled the whole experience. The worst part in all this is that after I left a review somewhere else, the owner came forward with lies which can easily be verified online. Rooms: The rooms are lovely, but there was little love being put into them. It’s quite hard to explain, but we stayed in similar places before, and there were small details which added character to the room. In addition, it seemed that there was some refurbishing being needed. Our shower, had the shower hose completely broken, and for 160 euros a night, this is something which should never happen. Coffee and other amenities: There was coffee in the room, but for a fee. Some places which costed 3x less than this one, offered free coffee. However, here they asked for 1 euro for crappy capsule coffee. Also for breakfast, which was amazing btw, there was only the most awful machine made instant coffee, I have ever had in my life. I've added a photo showing the cost for a coffee in that machine. After staying there, the owner stated that there were 2 machines and that one was free, but that is not true and it makes no sense at all. Common areas and nature/spa feeling: Also, we had the most gorgeous view of the Alentejo plains, completely spoiled by loud music, with a repertoire ranging from the God Father soundtrack to some other weird music. The name of this place has Natura in it, so should you muffle all the nature sounds with this? The owner later told us that they were playing Christmas music, which again is untrue. We could even hear it in the morning from our room, which spoils the relaxing experience. Jacuzzi: Finally the jacuzzi. It was unusable. It took about 1h to fill, given that there was almost no water pressure, and when we used it, it was so loud that we felt bad for our neighbours. Check online and a lot of people mention the same. Not to talk about the brown water coming from the tap. Conclusion: It was a gigantic disappointment, given that we wanted a proper SPA experience, and a proper borderline luxury experience. A few days later we stayed in a place where we paid 50 euros a night, and it felt much more luxurious and pleasant than this so called SPA. My advice is to refurbish the rooms a bit, remove the awful mini bar, offer at least free coffee, and fix the jacuzzi thing because it’s absolutely unusable. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back. Honestly, the experience was mostly ruined by the owner who is clearly only doing this for the money. The staff during breakfast was extremely kind and nice, but it is indeed a pity that one person can ruin what has a lot of potential for being an awesome experience. The whole place is a mess, expensive, and not at all what you see in the photos. Probably this only happens in the cheaper rooms, but then if this is the case, try to only have super expensive and h
