hotel, excellent service and conservation, very comfortable bed, really just need room for a smoker

Hotel cobrou taxas a mais no momento do checkout. Não achei isso legal pois o app disse que as taxas já estavam incluídas.

Os elogios são para o hotel. Para a trip.com foi a primeira e última compra. Não tem transparência nos valores. Mostrava um valor abaixo dos demais concorrentes e ao acessarmos para finalizar, acrescentava valores de impostos e taxas, o que deixa a impressão de que seriam os valores de impostos e taxas que outros sites de venda deixam para pagarmos no hotel. Chegamos no hotel e havia impostos e taxas, demonstrando que o trip.com não foi transparênte. Reclamei pelo aplicativo e fui ignorado, sem resposta desde quinta feira, dia 28.09.

O hotel é antigo e os quartos são pequenos, mas é muito limpo e o staff é bastante simpático e solícito! O secador do quarto não funcionava, mas tirando isso tive uma ótima estadia! A piscina é enorme, bate sol o dia todo e abre às 6h da manhã, foi o principal motivo pra eu ter reservado o hotel.

Hotel bom. Café da manhã completo e bem servido. Funcionários sempre educados. Já fiquei em momento anterior em quarto de um nível superior, dessa vez fiquei no quarto mais simples. Confortável mas bem antigo, o hotel é antigo em si! O quanto estava limpo e organizado, mas como tenho rinite, atacou um pouco! Mas nada que seja em demérito. Recomendo o hotel.

Der Service an der Rezeption und das Hotel können als ausgezeichnet bezeichnet werden. Das Hotelzimmer wird als neu wahrgenommen, darunter ein in Europa oft zu findendes Modell, aber die Wände sind so dünn, dass man alles hören konnte, was im Flur und in den umliegenden Räumen passiert. Morgens, schon vor acht Uhr, begannen die Putzfrauen, die unbesetzten Zimmer zu reinigen und achteten nicht auf den Lärm, den sie machten, so dass ich, die ich in einem Hotel war, gerne mindestens bis zehn geschlafen hätte, bei dem Lärm, der los war, konnte ich nicht weiter schlafen. Wie auch immer, tolle Lage, exzellenter Restaurantservice.

Café da manhã espetacular, é o ponto forte do hotel. Tem boa localização, restaurantes por perto e dentro do hotel. Funcionários educados e prestativos.

Nao fui comunicado quando comprei que teria que pagar 10%.

Hotel excelente, localização ideal, atendimento ótimo, área de lazer mto boa, limpeza impecável... Super indico.

Excelente atendimento

The hotel is a pretty good bargain, but there are trade-offs. Breakfast is free, but essentially the same every day and with inconsistent quality. For example, some days there were lots of shell in the scrambled eggs. The location is inconvenient if you're looking for familiar places like Starbucks, Burger King, Taco Bell, but there is a nice lagoon park not too far away with a good walking/running trail and snack food stands. I was actually impressed with the shower - it had consistent and adjustable water temperature and pressure with good isolation and containment of the water and steam. Probably my biggest complaint was with the unreliable WiFi. I stayed for several days, but the WiFi passwords they gave me kept expiring after a day or so and then I would have to ask for a new one. It would stop working without any warning and once I was in the middle of a zoom meeting when it cut me off. They really need to improve how they manage WiFi access so guests have access for their entire stay without having to get new passwords all the time.
