Beautiful hilltop villa Fantastic! Marta and her husband were wonderful. Everything was perfect. Great hot breakfast and list of best places to go and visit!

Our experience with Pancratium Villas and Suites was truly exceptional! Martha and her husband Leftheris were incredibly welcoming and committed to making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in our room. The caldera view was breathtaking, and the breakfast was wonderful. We highly recommend Pancratium to anyone seeking a peaceful alternative to the bustling Oia and Fira. We cannot wait to return!!

My fiancée and I had the most incredible stay at Pancratium Villas and Suites, we really wished we stayed longer! We were looking to stay somewhere quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira. The room was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our own private jacuzzi that looked out into the Caldera - it was so peaceful. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. We want to say a big, big thank you to Martha, her husband and staff who looked after us. They were all so accomodating and ensured we had a wonderful time in Santorini! We are so grateful for Martha who helped us organise all of our amazing activities. We would love to return to Pancratium one day!

My partner and I stayed here recently for 10 days and absolutely loved it. Very friendly staff and the room was fabulous. Fantastic views from the whole property and situated close to local restaurants/shops/beaches. We will definitely be back!

I gave 4 stars not 5 on *********** and the owner Martha wrote to ask why I’d given a low score. I said this in reply to which she said ‘that is your opinion …’ so I don’t think she appreciated my efforts to help her make some small improvements. There is a sense of being stuck in their ways. But I shall copy and paste my response to her and hope it helps: Dear Martha. I didn’t leave a low score. I said ‘very good’ but I’m going to try and explain my opinion as to why I didn’t say ‘excellent” and hope it helps. You are both such lovely people, warm and friendly. What could have been a better start for us was not getting lost. Our Sat nav directions could not find you. Perhaps you could provide guests with good directions or suggest they call you if they get lost. (Maybe it was just us but my husband doesn’t normally struggle with directions). Also, what other places in Greece we’ve stayed in provide are really nice pillows, big televisions, quiet air con, and Zealots toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). Lastly, it would be good to provide more information about Akrotiri ancient town site. It’s amazing. Also the various beaches. We were interested in Remezzo but you hadn’t heard of it. We went to The Edfge twice (excellent), Theros Wave Bar and The Seaside. All really good. Maybe you can expand the information you give guests. I have taken time on my holiday to write back to you because I know you are disappointed with my review but I can assure you we had a lovely time and felt very well looked after by your. Quando si alloggia al Pancratium ci si sente a casa fin dal momento della prenotazione. Martha è una padrona di casa esemplare ed ecccezionale. Tutte le stanze del Pancratium affacciano sulla caldera e già appena apri la porta/finestra ti regala un inizio della giornata impagabile; ci sono anche stanze con la Jacuzzi che noi però non abbiamo preso per scelta nostra ma se potete, prendetela! Appena arrivati Martha e suo marito Leftheris ci hanno accolto con un gran sorriso. Nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell’orario del check-in e volevamo lasciare solo i bagagli, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere la stanza poco dopo e nell’attesa Martha ci ha dato moltissimi consigli utili e interessanti sull’isola che abbiamo ascoltato e che ci hanno lasciato molto soddisfatti. La colazione era varia e ogni mattina il caro Leftheris era pronto a prepararci le uova! Chiaramente non vi aspettate un banchetto poiché è piccolina la struttura, ma c’era varietà di dolce e salato ed era tutto squisito: dallo yogurt greco, a dolci di vario tipo, salumi, pane. Martha era sempre disponibile anche telefonicamente se non era presente in struttura e non ci siamo mai sentiti abbandonati anzi, sempre coccolati! Ogni mattina mentre eravamo a fare colazione cambiavano lenzuola e asciugamani. Si trova ad Akrotiri quindi lontano da Imerovigli, Oia ecc ma si raggiunge tutta l’isola facilmente ed è in una posizione perfetta perchè si riposa divinamente senza caos. Grazie Martha e Leftheris di averci dato la possibilità di alloggiare in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso greco. Lo consigliamo a tutti e se dovessimo tornare a Santorini, saremo ben felici di tornare da voi!
