All I can say is Wow!!!!!!!! Fantastic suite. Clean and spacious. Breakfast is second to non!!! Delivery was on time everyday and delicious Well worth the visit. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The photos do not do it justice. High recommend this to anyone who wants a chill out

The positive reviews here align with our experience. The suites are clean and roomy, the concierge is helpful and happily at your service, the private pool is perfect, awesome views, filling and decadent breakfast, quiet location, walking distance from Fira center. Fira is the capital of the island, which is called Thira (or Santorini). I highly recommend renting a place with a pool in Thira, especially if you have small kids, because the island is not famous for its lovely beaches (although they are fine), some of which are not accessible by car, the bus service is less that perfect, and the taxis/private shuttles are out of this world expensive. Such a shame to spend most of your budget on transportation, no? The pool is nice and safe and clean, and right there outside your room. It also doesn't get wavy when it's windy -which happens a lot in the Aegean. If you are able bodied, take the least busy path to the city center (you go through the narrow cobblestone streets inside Fira's neighborhoods) -a great way to digest your meal :) Just avoid busy roads -cars go by fast and I wouldn't be surprised if drivers are drunk especially at night. Greece holds a shameful record for traffic accidents involving tourists every year - I believe the highest in Europe. Back to the hotel: it's worth it.

Absolutely amazing! The staff were beyond helpful! I went out here for a proposal! Hotel put me in touch with the most beautiful magical setting! Also helped with the surprise & a birthday cake that I’d asked about! Nothing was to much trouble! The resort is beautiful! Recommend getting transport! We hired a buggy and the hotel helped with this and delivered massively!! Breakfast- what can I say! OMG!! Amazing! Delicious every morning! You choose your time slot and it is bought to your room! We also ordered lunch some days which again did NOT disappoint! I cannot say enough about this stay & the staff! So friendly and caring! Highly recommend!

The villa was stunning and had everything you needed. Both rooms very spacious, and villa is tastfully decorated. Amazing views of the sea, good-sized pool and terrace. We had a fantastic breakfast every day, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very tranquil area, can faintly hear rooster and birds at sunrise. It was great to come back to after a busy day visiting Fira and Oia. Fira town centre was a few mins in Taxi, and Oia was 30min on bus from Fira centre. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels is a plus. Would love to go again, all my family and friends asking for details after seeing my social media stories. If the pool was heated, it would have been a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to actually swim as it was still a bit too cold, even though the weather went up to 23°-24°. Managed to have a slight dip. I think a full-length mirror somewhere in the villa would be good.

Wow….What a beautiful place. Myself and my partner have just got home after spending a long weekend at este luxury suites and it was spectacular. On arrival we were greeted by one of the reception team who sat with us for a while to give us information about the island, which restaurants they recommend and how to organise transport. Every single one of the staff members we spoke to were incredibly polite and so welcoming. We had a suite with our own pool and a sea view, it was paradise. There is not one bad thing I could say about this place, just be aware it is a difficult walk to the town so car, quad or buggy is recommended but the staff will arrange all this for you if it’s something you want! The breakfast is amazing, every morning a selection of food is brought to your room, this was one of our favourite parts as the food was delicious! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break, then this is 100% the place for you. Absolutely tranquil. Santorini is a place I’d say everyone has to visit at least once in their lifetime and I’m beyond happy with our choice to stay at este luxury suites!

This looks beautiful but on my arrival I was given a different room. I had booked the 2 bed executive suite but was given the supreme room ( smaller ) with cave pool. I questioned this and was told I had an upgrade!! This was not an upgrade as the room was smaller and the second bedroom with my 17yr old son did not have a door!! We were put in suite 8 which is directly next to the maintenance room where the cleaners and workers gather. They talk very loudly from 8am and during the night you can hear constantly the sewage, water and plumbing sounds in the main bedroom. It’s so loud I struggled to sleep. Thirdly the breakfast is good but when delivered they walked through our small pool area to deliver to the other rooms rather than using the other suites separate foot path. I felt this was quite intrusive as this was our own private villa and pool area. This was very disappointing all in all.

The suite was heaven. Breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Daily housekeeping was to a 5 * standard. Este went above and beyond to make our holiday outstanding. A special mention to Despoina and the team.

We spent our 30th wedding anniversary at Este in September, staying for 11 nights in their supreme villa. The team at the site are all extremely attentive and helped with restaurant choices, booked us reservations, arranged taxis and a hire car and were generally on hand throughout the day and evening to answer any queries we had. The amazing breakfasts which were delivered to the villa were first rate, as were the room service food and drink deliveries, especially the cocktails! The cleanliness of the the villa both inside and out on a daily basis was exemplary. The only thing to bear in mind is that it is set slightly out of town and it is a good 15 minute walk, the majority of which is uphill. This was ok for us but you may wish to book taxis if walking is a struggle. We’d highly recommend this small development!

Terrible experience. Unhappy with the badly located suite (was at the bottom of the building, next to a busy road and the main entrance) reception staff were completely unwilling to help despite rooms being available online. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced internationally. The place is a mile out of Thira, and involves an uphill walk - so you’ll need a car of taxi. The breakfast was mediocre - we had far better for less elsewhere. The worst part was the staff - very unhelpful and ruined our nights stay. We felt completely ripped off and was a total waste of money.
