We were very happy with this hotel. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We stayed 5 nights and felt very welcome by the friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I book two rooms full of roaches I have the pictures informed staff they had an I don't care attitude told me to spray who travels with bug spray for a hotel very unpleasant stay breakfast was trash a lunch bag full of old fruit and cereal nothing hot rooms in clean service sucks / had a confirmation and they tried charging more /

The bulidings fire alarm kept going on at night that woke us up went on 3 times during the night wasnt able to get sleep because of it . I called the front desk to see if there was a fire and they just said there was no fire it was trigered accidentally. Wouldnt stay there again if i cant get my sleep at a place made to get sleep.

First when you pull up there were people just hanging out in front of the hotel, but check in was easy and quick the room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The TV did not work but I really don’t watch TV so that wasn’t a problem for me but it would be for other people I assume. I really didn’t have any issues other than the people hanging out in the parking lot and in front of the hotel It just made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I give 5 stars to the front desk staff that worked the morning and evening shift. They always spoke and greeted you when entering or leaving the hotel. The gentlemen that worked the overnight shift on the morning of 07/18 was pleasant but it took him about 10 minutes to check out a guest. He was swiping a credit card with the chip. I like the hotel of the location. I feel that this would be a wonderful hotel with some updates. The curtains were stained with holes, the towels appeared small, worn and some were stained. The picture advertised for the hotel is either old or another Xola Hotel. It is not the one in Moreno Valley, CA. The vents are rusty and some are bent.

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet room, great A/C, convenient parking, swimming pool and fitness center, daily breakfast – while other hotels have ceased this traveler friendly accommodation. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Restaurant right next door.

Blood on curtains and someone used my car for toilet paper wiping their feces all over and leaving the not sufficient toilet paper next to the car. Terrible brown bag breakfast. Run to the next hotel.

Continental breakfast was a frozen burrito with bagel and apple or banana… Had the feel of a low quality motel 6 in the ghetto. The staff was super friendly though. Way overpriced for what you get. The place needs work..

Outstanding experience and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a hotel while in Moreno Valley. This establishment was helpful, clean, and made sure the process went smoothly. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
