We stayed in this property in September. Probably the best sunset view in Santorini. The hotel is located in imerovigli but there is a free shuttle service and in 15 min you are in the centre of Oia. Breakfast was amazing and many thanks to all the staff restaurant so helpful particularly with our children. The rooms are quite comfortable but they can be more practical especially concerning the wardrobes. A bit small in my opinion. Reception was attentive and we enjoyed the big pool facing the sunrise side of the Island. A particular thanks to Giorgio (from Italy) that made our check in very quick after a tireless trip. He was so helpful to organise the best restaurants option on the island, even he came to the restaurant in Oia checking if everything was fine. Really appreciate for his kindness and professionalism. We couldn't ask a better concierge service. Don't miss the catamaran cruise, one of the best experience we had on the island!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Looks nice but it’s all a facade. Not clean. Horrible service. This property has major plumbing issues. Unthinkable smells. Not a wellness resort at all. The food isn’t fresh. Service quality is poorly. Waitresses and waiters would get frustrated at our gluten allergy. Only positives were the car service and location. We stayed in the Theater room on Sept 20 and had to submit a request to move because the entire room smelled like human poop from the downstairs bathroom plumbing. It was CLEARLY a known issue and they booked us for that room anyways which is incredibly unethical. I bet they’re still booking folks to that room now. We paid $4K USD for a 3 night stay to enjoy the Santorini view of the Caldera but were moved to a larger room (which we didn’t want) without a view. (Room was called Pyr) The bathroom on the right side of Pyr also had a similar plumbing issue/ smell but not as bad as the first room. One of the beds has ants in it upon check in. The poop smell arises around different parts of the property even when you’re walking through hotel hallways. We then were asked to move again on our third and final day. At check out we had them store our luggage for later in the day. They picked up our bags/purses, put tags on them and left them in the lobby. I watched in disbelief waiting 15 min to give them a chance to put it away. I ended up having to ask them again to put it somewhere private. There are definitely other places at the same price point that would be much better to book. Never coming back here again & absolutely do not recommend.

Just wow! We had the most amazing time celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary!! Having read all the reviews we were expecting great things but it still exceeded our expectations! The Hotel is architecturally beautiful, the grounds around it supplying local produce to the incredible restaurant! Every window looking out over the magical Caldera! The staff - from the front desk, waiting on and room attendants were brilliant with the most attention to detail - even noticing I had forgotten a bookmark for my book at putting one in place! As I said we were celeb our anniversary and they organised rose petals and candles for our first night! Stunning! It was also my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we were gifted a bottle of champagne! The room was totally incredible - split level so went downstairs to bath (which was huge!) shower room and dressing area and upstairs where the bed was was the view out to the balcony - day bed, our own infinity pool and those views!!!! Incredible sunsets! We used the spa which was utterly beautiful and had massages - mine was the hot stones and the best I have ever had! We did a yoga session offered by the hotel which was brilliant and the room was had the stunning views again! We went to the Throubi Restaurant - the food was immense and super delicious! The mushrooms I had to start were a taste sensation! Unfortunately we couldn’t sit out that evening as it was too windy but we had the perfect table inside! We hired a quad. Ike for 3 days and it was perfect for getting out and about and seeing the island - definitely recommend that! All in all it was a perfect holiday - couldn’t fault it in any way! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service and the room was beautiful with magical views of the caldera. Best place to stay away from the business of Oia and the multitude of tourist, and just minutes away from the vineyards and attractions.
